Yes the uncertainty of the elections will keep some out. The previous low on the chart (bid) is around 6.5 so that's the lowest we should see if it is to stay in the channel although news will blow this in either direction.

The markets have actually done quite well this year because I remember the FTSE 100 last year was stuck around the 7500 mark but this year it suddenly took off and went to around 8400. It seems only since Sunak announced the General Election that the markets turned negative maybe the markets are worried if the polls are correct.

Looking at the chart above (I'm not a chartist), it looks like in order to remain in the rising channel the share price needs to start moving up from here.

I think some people have gone quiet because there's nothing to say at the moment. I'm posting less because we have nothing new to talk about. If this gets the boost it will inevitably get then the boards will come alive again.
Never great to look at your portfolio when it's falling so distraction is the key:-)

Hi ade, I'm on holiday with my sons. But I did warn everyone and just got ridiculed. I note certain super bullish posters are very quiet. Gotreal and SeisNav on the other channel. A leopard does not change its spots.

That's right WYK.
This pullback is overdone but in addition to the sentiment around Roan, copper has come back about 13% from it's high and PGM's dropped too so some of it is connected to that. As ade said, markets are hardly in a great mood either recently.
Obviously the lack of communication and not even a quick update as we entered June is really poor and clearly some holders are bailing. The volume isn't big though just as it wasn't on the way up for the most part. If those holders are looking to get back in I would guess they won't risk leaving it too long in case the news drops and it is positive.
I'm as annoyed/concerned as anyone but only for the short term story. I'm not selling so I'll wait for the inevitable recovery whenever that may be.

We've had a good rise over the last few months. You could buy at 5p in Feb so even at today's price you'd be c.40% up which for someone seeking a quick turnaround is a nice profit I would guess.
