16/7/2024 09:55 | To Sherlock and Dr Watson. Forget HAR2 11 HAR1 projects : which one needs 8MW which one has the type of utility noted | sambocoole
16/7/2024 09:23 | Take your pick. Carlton or Octopus possibly | grahamwales
16/7/2024 09:19 | Potential customers starting to realise electrolysers are being reserved more than 12 months in advance now. A few new empty factories going up for the competition but no working electrolysers so probably looking at 4 to 5 years if not more behind ITM with regards to testing and any significant data. 2030 is getting closer and companies realising that one way to push governments into achieving their targets is to pressure them into providing grants or subsidies for green hydrogen. | grahamwales
16/7/2024 09:18 | Cheers bjfran It is not for BP then, they are getting HAR2 money. | bmel
16/7/2024 09:17 | That's more impressive. Have to see every reservation as proof... sounds like we have efficiency reports | moontheloon
16/7/2024 08:57 | From Dennis's comment and one of the main differentiators between ITM and others :- "This capacity reservation is the result of an intense qualification process by a large industrial player who is keen to buy a safe, reliable and cost-competitive solution. Data gathered from plants in operation were a key differentiator." | skinny
16/7/2024 08:57 | Hurricane My mistake 🥴 | grahamwales
16/7/2024 08:54 | There's 11 HAR1 projects. Take your pick. | bjfanc
16/7/2024 08:26 | I wonder if this is for the BP facility in Aberdeen announced as going ahead yesterday. Stage 1 is to produce 3,000 tonnes per annum, with plans to increase that considerably in stages 2 and 3, with the ability to export H2. As it is to be powered by a solar farm, a PEM electrolyser would be a good solution as there will be fluctuation on the power output in sometimes very sunny Aberdeen. I cannot see anything on the ITM website that gives the production per day/week/year from the Neptune unit so cannot get an indication of the MW capacity required, but it it is probably on the scale suggested in today’s RNS. Why not announce it as an order . . . . . maybe they want to have a very high profile political announcement and (prime) minister level public signing. This has huge political capital attached as ‘on the ground’ evidence of the energy transition in the north east of Scotland. That is a way bigger deal than the 3,000 tonnes. | bmel
16/7/2024 08:19 | It's a decent trend, that hopefully focuses the mind of other customers. | bjfanc
16/7/2024 08:16 | Now that is a very good question Graham?? 🚀🚀 | barnes4
16/7/2024 08:14 | What can we expect as paid produced kit this current year? | moontheloon
16/7/2024 08:14 | Not too far off , given healthy cash reserves, need to preserve added value of fixed overhead and s rationalised product range. Reputation is building up on performance quality. | sambocoole
16/7/2024 08:05 | It was 67p yesterday 😂😂 Would have been cheaper to advertise this on LinkedIn | barnes4

16/7/2024 07:49 | 16 July 2024ITM Power PLC Capacity reservation ITM is pleased to announce that we have signed a capacity reservation with a large utility company, under which our customer has secured future production capacity for NEPTUNE II units.NEPTUNE II is our 2 MW containerised plug & play electrolyser system, which incorporates our state-of-the-art TRIDENT stack platform. The reservation covers four NEPTUNE II units to be manufactured in the 2025/2026 calendar years for a project in the UK.The project, for which HAR1 (Hydrogen Allocation Round 1) funding has already been secured, expects the Final Investment Decision (FID) by our customer in the 2025 calendar year.Dennis Schulz, CEO ITM said: "This capacity reservation is the result of an intense qualification process by a large industrial player who is keen to buy a safe, reliable and cost-competitive solution.
