03/11/2022 18:21 | Well perception drove it up, not just down. It works both ways But that last trading statement is from the horses mouth . A bit difficult to look beyond it for now It is the company telling people they are struggling . Not so much my posts | vlad the impaler
03/11/2022 18:19 | What else do the shorters see - indeed. No longer ignored. Bad politics, etc, we all see it to some degree, some more. It's included in the risk assesment. | gimmethefax
03/11/2022 18:17 | So we reveal where the friction lays, I feel; your posts lead people to believe that the company is struggling (whether intentional or not), but it is more the share price that is struggling, because of what will probably be shown to be minor hiccups during maturation of a start-up, driven on by bad public and institutional (I will boldy say) perception due to a lack of understanding it fully; media manipulation; and furthermore, by shorters and insider trading. That is why markets go up to go down and do NOT always state fair value - very rarely actually. Those who understand, like Linde, buy it for the hard assets and their money making potential. | gimmethefax
03/11/2022 18:17 | “ Shorters had advanced warning here - that much is obvious - a sad risk….] If so, I don’t see them running yet Something else on horizon if informed | vlad the impaler
03/11/2022 18:13 | It did look at other cash raise methods but wrote those off, including a dilution that would be fund/institution raised only I like those ones actually or public only given a small amount of access . Play in motion often 😂 | vlad the impaler
03/11/2022 18:11 | Technically you could call that going under, but dilutions stop that | vlad the impaler
03/11/2022 18:10 | No it doesn’t state or Suggest going under . But it does suggest it needs dilutions to stay afloat, longer term | vlad the impaler
03/11/2022 18:05 | Just summarise, does the report state that it sees ITM Power, the actual Company, going under? | gimmethefax
03/11/2022 18:04 | All I hear is, "fire sale". All you hear is, "nibble, nibble". Stick and hold; probably takes as much guts as shorting. Shorters had advanced warning here - that much is obvious - a sad risk that simple investors face - requires your sort of dark skills to navigate. | gimmethefax
03/11/2022 18:04 | PDF though because as a post it would be the length of Britain lol | vlad the impaler
03/11/2022 18:02 | Il bring that report I mentioned earlier, here next week. I have to rewrite it as it was not meant for public dissemination and I can’t therefore just lift it as is. It will be as was more or less anyway | vlad the impaler
03/11/2022 17:45 | And looking at earnings projections and cashflow projections “given revenues is a bit of a numpty number “ , one has to surely price in a minimum of two dilutions? It’s a long road to finding a bottom here, thats more than just a trade | vlad the impaler
03/11/2022 17:43 | Surely after that last update, at least on paper you have to admit, it’s in a shocking state . And now justifies why shorters were and are here? It’s hard for any bull to deny that The next 12 months look bleak globally snd for the entity. That’s an undeniable statement too I think So really it’s a question of when to buy , if one believes ITM can come out well the other side I don’t know anyone yet whom sees that as a potential for 12 months minimum So what will 12 months do to SP? That’s the speculative part but going on historic facts at least, you have to knock a minimum of 50% from current share price before ever seeing any sign of value | vlad the impaler
03/11/2022 17:39 | I'm not sure we will ever get to see 17. | gimmethefax
03/11/2022 17:36 | I never even first guess a company Don’t see the point. | vlad the impaler
03/11/2022 17:36 | I only convey what is market expectation Good investors Would hardly want to ignore that surely I see 17p coming, not because it suits me, which it does. But rather as a valid target for those whom move markets | vlad the impaler
03/11/2022 17:32 | I know I am. | gimmethefax
03/11/2022 17:32 | Part of you is second guessing ITM, I can feel it. | gimmethefax
03/11/2022 17:28 | I get your point, it is a learning curve, forever. ..and I wouldn't go as far as ignoring you, after peaking to all time highs, once(if) we get there again (no smoke even being blown). So give it a rest? People are frustrated enough. | gimmethefax
03/11/2022 17:26 | I'd suggest, some, myself included, post here because they happen to be invested, and I would suggest see it also as a hobby, with the happy outcome of keeping track of their investment. Many would be selling and buying but not declaring it, being under the limit. | gimmethefax
03/11/2022 17:23 | Well, as you say, it is only our opinions. And as i say, our opinions are pretty much worthless | vlad the impaler
03/11/2022 17:22 | Buffet sold airlines because their prospects bleakened, almost immediately after purchasing, which is odd considering one would expect he would be in the know about geopolitical skullduggery, I would've thought - but ITM's prospects have only gotten better in my humble opinion. SP aside. | gimmethefax
03/11/2022 17:19 | Hurricane, i remember you posting about that Sasol - Linde project some time back - it is Linde repurposing an existing electrolyser (which will 'hopefully' lead to a lot more electrolysis, through ILE, I believe.) | gimmethefax
03/11/2022 17:19 | Absolutely But the thing is, those in the game a long time, know this. Yet i see some here with 10 and 20 year profiles, basically leading others to the pitfalls that they know are right there odd | vlad the impaler |
