...the fact that this hasn't been wound up yet is remarkable; not sure on what basis this could be allowed to continue in this limbo, or who is meant to be considered responsible for the remainder of this shambles...

All that said, the fact that this hasn't been wound up yet suugests that someone still thinks there some value of somekind here...

Incidently, if I get even 1% back from this, I'm going for a slap-up meal; get 10% back, I'm taking a trip out to Machu Picchu. Anything more, and I'm quiting my job ( ok, may be I exagerate LOL )...

Good luck all! Really do mean it...

Medved, accepted with grace. Apologies for putting your back up. Yes we all have an idea of the hurdles faced and I hope that some sort of positive outcome for shareholders can be reached.

Cannot believe that there is still some possibility of something coming from this...

I've got to say - regarding Xena's work; that is the greatest piece of investigative research I've ever seen on these boards. Huge thanks, Xena. Whether we get anything back or not, you should write a book off the back of that post - that's one way of getting your money back...

This thing has dragged. But there has to be something in the fact that there has been no effort to wind it up...

speculation & perception a plenty at work here.

I'll believe it when I see it, too many false dawns have passed and dont forget that Irvines name is still mud in the city. Be good to see something back from these but dont get too hopeful.

In my humble defence M'Lord Dorset, it was some time ago and I have had other things on my mind, like HAWK for one. Notwithstanding, my subconscious was obviously tickinbg away and that was why I kept an eye on the BB

Xena, I'm glad you are impressed by my perception. I am also very impressed by your research and indepth knowledge of the whole picture. I am with you 100% on your diagnosis of events - perhaps you should be appointed to the board of IVE - you have my vote !

Let us pray

FlyingSwan,

It just shows how many were invested here, on the back of some very promising (if misleading) rns's. There were quite a number of more 'experienced' traders/investors that were caught out on this one. It was definately a painful lesson learned for me but I have been lucky enough elsewhere to have made my money back.

Xena, very interesting and researched post as always. It will be interesting to see what transpires.

Hi Drrichard, trust your well fella and it does seem like we're almost following each other.

IVE, well what can I say except to say it was, I think the 3rd share I invested in when I started out this trading lark. My first couple were quite successful including IMG which I unfortunately sold about 5 years ago. So with my thinking that I had discovered something special here, going by the RNS' I piled all my profits, plus some into here thinking I was going to make it rich lol

After a short while I started to get concerned about the BoD and the their operations so, after selling some 80% at a loss, I took all of that and invested it all into a company that didn't release dubious RNS', had 10-20 bag potential after reading their director reports of their projects, and who were soon to become a £500million company. Yep I bought Nighthawk Energy with the remainder here. Say no more heh!

So in the beginning some lessons definitely learned and have now, over time recouped all plus a little extra and am now, perhaps wrongly have 45% of my reasonable sum in Vast Petroleum now, with another 30% in AGQ, a little in Sound Oil (SOU) and circa 15% in Taihua (Taih). The rest that I did not put in the market I spent on buying physical Silver over the last 12 months or so.

Some really important lessons learned and, although I'm lucky that I could afford to lose the lot and carry on, I do have the greatest sympathy for those who cannot.

Anyway good luck to us all as I guess we've all been bitten by someone somewhere along the line.

I didn't know you were invested here.
