So. How much cash do they have left?

Cash at 30/6/22 was £17k
There were creditors and borrowings of £1.1m at that time.
Since then they have raised £6m including today
But nearly 9 months passed so another £500k lost
So maybe £4.5m cash available for all the investments since 30/6/22.
Still not sure how they get it all done!

Now that the sell on the news traders are out of the way and with the placing done at a slight premium to the current share price , expect the shares to rerate aggressively

And as if by magic the funding has appeared and at a much better price than any of us expected !!

All good and we should now start to re-rate over the coming months as production begins.

Expect lots of news flow over the next few months:

In the coming months, production to be increased planned levels.

The second and third furnaces are on track to be in production, as planned, by April 2023.

Stockpiling of finished high purity iron ("HPI") and titanium slag is already underway and first sales to customers are in line to be concluded as planned in Q2 2023, once batch sizes have reached optimum levels. Following acceleration of planned works to the process equipment, in particular the convertor required to separate vanadium slag, this third product and revenue stream will also be available within the coming weeks. Full production capacity at the smelter is expected to be reached by the middle of 2023.

The funding has been in the process of being sorted for an awfully long time now. This is Grosvenor 2.0

#Ladeside, there is no funding that is going to be sorted. Ironveld is a fraud and you know that.

Planned Operations

The beneficiation plant will have a maximum capacity of approximately 27,000 tonnes per month of DMS grade magnetite, based on a design throughput of 60 tonnes per hour. The plant equipment includes screens, crushers, mill and a low intensity magnetic separator ("LIMS").

Feedstock for the beneficiation plant will be delivered directly from Ironveld Mining's operations which are also providing material for the Rustenburg smelter. Crucially, approximately 30% of the normal run of mine material is classed as "fines" which are unsuitable for the smelter but can be processed into DMS grade magnetite, thereby enabling Ironveld to earn a revenue stream from what was previously a waste product.

The demand for magnetite ore by the JV will have a material positive impact in reducing Ironveld's average mining costs per tonne, and the JV will refund Ironveld's mining costs and management fees prior to profit share.

All operations will take place under Ironveld Mining's existing permits and no further regulatory approvals are required.

A bit more info on the DMS joint venture figures.

There is a growing opportunity for even earlier cash flow at this project.
Magnetite ore could be simply dug up, crushed and without any further processing and sold for use in dense media separation (DMS).

In this process the magnetite, slurried in water, creates a heavy medium in which fine coal is cleaned of its mineral impurities. Such a DMS scheme could be in production within three months of entering a joint venture.

The level of production is customer dependent but maybe 15,000-20,000tpa could be expected with the first one but could be expanded. Either this would be all contract mining, or the capital costs would borne by the other party.

At a selling price around the $100/t mark, it could generate some handy cash flow.

Well I still have a few shares in Ionveld who are obviously a legitimate company but after all the goings on with Grosvenor who I cannot find any evidence of them being anything else than shell company I ask a few questions They have mining rights in the land but who owns the land and are the farmers happy, someone posted that. I am asking from all you experts who know more than me. I have always said IMO . Lakeside keeps on about how good they are from 1p plus down which in my opinion is not the thing to do as I did buy on the back of those posts

Ok, so if we ignore all the utter nonsense, then our current situation is that we are already producing from 1 smelter and will have the others up and running by end of April and they're all FULLY FUNDED.

We also have our off take agreements in place including Glencore as one of our customers.

It would appear that we also have $1 Million in cash still remaining for working capital BUT if we are going to proceed with the HPI powder then we WILL need to acquire a further £2 Million or so (maybe slightly more, maybe slightly less).

We currently have 2.9 Billion shares in issue but worst case scenario is that if alternative funding doesn't arrive for the HPI powder conversion, then it's likely we'll need to issue further shares.

My worst case would be 1.1 Billion at 0.2 providing us with the £2.2 Million required to get FULLY operational in all our value streams and with a fully refurbished steelworks complex.

So, that would leave us with 4 Billion shares but we'd now be in a fantastic position where the profits will start to roll in and we'd also start to become noticed by the bigger players.

1p take out at £40 Million MCAP ??

It would be poor value for any long term shareholders but given our current lowly price, who knows, as it would still be good profit for those buying in at current levels.

Whatever happens, there's LOTS of upside from current levels and most of the risk has also been eliminated, so looking good I'd say.....

#al101uk Ironveld doesn’t not have a duly executed mining right or mining permit on any of the land they have fraudulently claimed. What’s even worse is that Ironveld doesn’t have a duly approved Water Use Right and Eskom electricity allocation for any of mining activities they falsely claim to be starting. There is no commercial bank, including development finance institutions like IDC or even AfDB & IFC, which will fund Ironveld because they have been made aware that the this briefcase & letterbox company is a fraud. Investors and shareholders must not be surprised therefore with crooked Ironveld executives having now resorted to signing investment & joint venture agreements with fellow briefcase companies like Grosvenor Resources & Pace SA. A few years ago these crooked Ironveld executives falsely claimed that IDC had approved investment of R400 million and later that former deputy minister of finance Mcebisi Jonas had paid them a investment deposit of R15 million. The communities are very aggrieved by the dishonest Ironveld company and will never allow this fraud briefcase & letterbox company to steal & destroy their land. Ironveld could not even pay the required environmental rehabilitation amount, so which court do you imagine will allow that. These crooked Ironveld executives labour under a totally unfounded belief that corrupt politicians will bend the rules for them because they too are corrupt.

BakoneBaMatlala,

Ironveld were granted mining rights, they are mining, they have bought a smelter, refurbed it and started using it. You are suggesting that none of this is real?

Or are you only suggesting that you have a legal challenge to the mining right?

Interested as the former is defamatory, the latter may or may not have merit, but you've been here for years and we're yet to see any result of your legal action.

Also, you may have Ironveld confused with these peope?

The mining rights aren't transferable so aI cannot see a big mini g company biding for these. Can their mining rights be rescinded ? If they don't start mining after all these years, surely there is a time limit? Also are not local farmers who apparently own the land against mining companies exploiting their farm land,? .
