What recent news would you like to highlight to investors attending?

Q3-4 2022 – Acquisition and refurbishment of wholly owned smelter
Q4 2022 – Commencement of mining
Q4 22 – Q1 2023 – Commencement of production and sales

3 Months:
Completion of refurbishment work at the smelter and increasing ramp up of production

Ladeside. The funding is the key.

I think the JV depends on IRON completing funding and getting certainty on the full facility being ready at an agreed time. They still need a lot of money for that.

Yes Al, it was also one of the first things I did myself.

There comes a point when you're as well chucking all investing if you are so cynical to believe that everything reported is a lie by every CEO / BOD.

Don't get me wrong, there's lots of corruption out there and there's also lots of incompetence (COPL being a prime example) and then there's the "herd effect" and incompetent media speculation (NANO)which drives sp's to unrealistic levels but from our own perspective all we can do is trust in what's in the public domain and hope that the targeted timescales quoted are hit and if they are then the share price should definitely rise from current levels.

At the moment everything would seem to hinge on the next tranche of funding / placing price in order to get the HPI powder equipment and lots would appear to be hanging back awaiting that RNS dropping.

We're in Cape Town today as far as I know (also tomorrow), so maybe we'll get some movement one way or another soon and then we can finally look forward instead of back.....

I don't understand the end goal, but purchase inadvertantly said something worthwhile. He reminded me about Grosvenor and that it is worth looking at the companies that Ironveld say they are dealing with. So I looked and posted the result.

He didn't post enough for me to have an opinion on if he did his research before posting.

The RNS is for the signing of an agreement which is of significance to the company. I'm not sure what you're point is. If you invest in companies with the idea that those companies will grow, it's likely there is a "will" in their statement and there certainly is one in your hypothesis.

Investing is a "future uncertain" passtime.

Patt knew all that Al as I'm sure you're aware but their need to find something negative in something positive just drives them to this nonsense.

I've asked many times, but WHY ??

What motivates people to wish for failure and hardship on others for no reason other than to feed their own insecurities ??

I actually did lose money here eventually,made some at first and sold the rest on my trading strategy of selling on a 10% drop but am doing very well on CAML. Traders who just hold a share in the hope of recover losing large amounts of money are imo stupid you can always buy back at much lower prices.Adveraging down is a mugs game and by the way I have been trading for many years.misty FX with the help of my mentor Alpash.Food luck you will need it

Whenever it says “will” it is future uncertain. Pace are very legitimate fully agree. I always wonder if IRON are straight with them or if Pace will step back when they see the problems of dealing with them.

Hardly surprising that the new joint venture company doesn't exist at the point that the agreement to create it is signed :-/

Pace SA on the other hand seems to have been in existence for 14 years and has a number of company officers, it also trades under a couple of names; Pace International Trading and Pace Ermelo.

It also has a registered trading address that seems to be commercial:



If you google maps the address, you'll see a photo with the company name on a reasonably sized building.

Different league to the previous grifters and although I don't understand their expertise or requirement for Ironvelds product, they seem legit.

Ipace pty limited has not been incorporated yet. You have to recognise IRON has a history of RNSing breakthrough deals that do not actually happen!

Should see some movement next week I'd expect, given that we're presenting at the mining investment conference in Cape Town on Monday and Tuesday.

Some definitive news on next stage of funding would be most welcome as it really does look like many are keeping their powder dry thinking that they'll get in much cheaper than current levels.

They could of course be correct or on the other hand......
