10/2/2023 06:18 | #iceagefarmer you are delusional and fraudulently misleading Ironveld shareholders and investors. Ironveld or any of its subsidiary briefcase companies do not lawfully own any mineral rights in South Africa. Your spurious claims that Ironveld has “loads of vanadium” are a fraudulent misrepresentation. | bakonebamatlala
10/2/2023 02:09 | i think vanadium price is about to rocket..vanadium flow batteries seem to be taking off too..ironveld have loads of vanadium...the time to invest here is now | iceagefarmer

08/2/2023 16:10 | I take that back. You are right. It is an empty company. | purchaseatthetop
08/2/2023 16:04 | Just like Grosvenor Resources, Pace SA Pty Ltd is a briefcase company. So expect nothing to come from the joint venture. Pace SA is hoping to borrow money to finance one hundred percent in exchange for fifty percent of the economics. Which bank or development bank in South Africa will be that stupid to lend money to a joint venture that does not have mineral rights and has been rejected by the community? | bakonebamatlala
08/2/2023 15:57 | For as long as Ironveld shareholders and investors are so naïve and gullible to believe the lies and fraudulent misrepresentations of charlatans Giles Clarke, Martin Eales, Peter Cox, Pinky Ngxulelo and others, then they all deserve to lose all the money they invested. Once the authorities in South Africa and the United Kingdom are formally briefed, Ironveld will finally have to declare insolvency. | bakonebamatlala

08/2/2023 14:13 | Ironveld is fraud and a Ponzi scheme. We have just heard that lawyer’s letters are going to be dispatched to the regulators in both South Africa and the U.K for appropriate relief against the frauds and scammers of Ironveld. We also hear that a court action will be instituted against Ironveld subsidiaries in South Africa and the JV partners Pace International Trading (Pty) Ltd which does not even have a website. | bakonebamatlala
08/2/2023 10:02 | Lucifer is coming for YOU !!! Old Nick and I are on very good terms and you will be DESTROYED !!!!! DO NOT PLAY WITH FIRE AS YOU WILL BE BURNT AND OUR FORCES OF EVIL WILL RAVAGE YOU AND YOUR COMMUNITY AND CURSE YOU FOR ALL ETERNITY IF WE ARE CROSSED. I SENTENCE YOU TO DAMNATION FOR ALL ETERNITY FOR YOUR INTERFERENCE IN MY MATTERS. | ladeside
07/2/2023 20:12 | No, I don't think GC is stupid enough to try something like that again, we're now at the final stages so if we don't get some sort of funding arranged in next few weeks then it will no doubt be the discounted placing route. As I've said before, I'm playing the long game here, so as long as we hit the 1p area at some stage in the next couple of years then that's fine for me, it may happen in a matter of weeks or it could be months or maybe over a year, but assuming that everything remains on target and we get the required £2 Million cash injection for HPI powder, then I'm really not too worried as firmly believe that the major risk is now mostly behind us. | ladeside
07/2/2023 20:08 | Jennings is a fool, he proved that beyond doubt last autumn - if you're going to take on experience make sure you've done your homework. Speaking of homework, am a little surprised at the complete disappearance of Rec. | aceuk
07/2/2023 18:36 | Ladeside.one way or the other. Hopefully not the Grosvenor way. | purchaseatthetop
07/2/2023 18:33 | Jennings brought that on himself so certainly no sympathy here, especially when he was the driving force behind our major drop. Hopefully the funding question will be answered soon, one way or another. | ladeside
07/2/2023 16:24 | Perils of getting involved with IRON. Richard Jennings on 22/11/22 stopped being a person with significant control at Align Research Ltd and was replaced by Align Research Holdings Ltd. This has Richard Gill as a Director snd minority shareholder. It had to issue aStatement of Solvency in Sept 22. I guess all is not well with the Align Research balance sheet as they had secured creditors and their asset base got devastated. | purchaseatthetop
07/2/2023 16:17 | Buy XLM IF you want to make money, you know it makes sense | malcolmmm
07/2/2023 15:19 | I think we can all agree that we need additional funding if we want to start producing the high profit HPI powder. Taking the RNS's and the research note then this would appear to be around the £2 Million mark. If we also take the most recent data from the investment conference then we still have $1 Million in cash sitting for working capital purposes so basically it looks like we require an additional £2 Million to get the HPI powder off the ground. I don't believe this will be a problem, however it all boils down to the method of the funding and / or the strike price for any placing / investment. So long as we keep this at 0.25 or above, then the share price is likely to fly given that the last barrier of uncertainty will be removed. I'm extremely Bullish on our chances at the moment (and I've not even mentioned the additional positives of the JV) but I suppose you already knew that...... | ladeside

07/2/2023 12:12 | Malcolmmm, Five years ago this was three pounds, great investment going nowhere. Five years ago it was 2p, it touched 3p a while later, which I guess is what you meant, you were just picking the highest point for the last 5 years. Not sure that's a fair way to assess performance. If it has such a great future why can't they raise the funds? Not sure if you have forgotten the recent placing? Why won't the bank's loan money? Finance is already in place funding the smelter, so debt has been issued to Ironveld. GC doesn't generally like funding his companies with debt and prefers equity funding, which considering the stage of evolution, is the correct thing to do. Why doesn't a big mining company take it on? Because although Ironveld has good acerage for an £8 million market cap company, it's not worth the time/risk for a big mining company to buy and develop. Once it is in full production... maybe. Why is the share price almost zero after 5 years? Market cap is £8.5 million which reflects a number of historical issues that you are well aware of and the risks inherent in not being in poroduction and needing further funding to get to profitability. | al101uk
07/2/2023 12:09 | 12 Months: To upgrade high purity iron product into higher value iron powders That could be an issue if the working capital requirements that both RS and I calculated are correct. The new JV will hopefully help, would be nice to know the cashflow. Obviously 12 months means 6-12 months, the very lowest end of that was where I was predicting. With this JV the numbers are once again a complete mystery. | al101uk
07/2/2023 12:01 | Are you on drugs MALCOLMMM ? The company has NEVER been £3 or anything like it, the "high" was around the 20's if I remember correctly but we only had a couple of hundred million shares in issue and were merely a start up !! As for "never turns a profit", well of course they don't !! They're a bloody explorer who have just made the transformation to a producer, so NOW is the time when things begin to change. Our CEO DOES invest as do all the board members and in fact one of our Directors is our largest shareholder through his Tracarta investment vehicle. Our Board have also deferred and converted their salaries into shares at a much higher level than this so I'd say they're ALL supporting the company. From your way of working, there would be no start ups and no juniors as the main players would just buy up every single project but of course in real life it doesn't work like that as they can't be bothered with the hassle, they let the small fry do all the donkey work and then they pay that little bit extra to purchase them once all the spadework has been done. Remember, we have offtake agreements signed off with Glencore so if that's not a big player who's very interested, then I don't know what is. Watch this space, but we'll be taken out for a large premium within the next 18 months, of that I have no doubt and 2p would be my conservative target price...... | ladeside
