They won't use a CLN as GC doesn't work like that.

We are presenting at the mining investment conference in Cape Town on the 6th and 7th Feb, so I'd expect something to maybe come out of that.

The bottom line is that Friday's news is completely out of the Blue and is 100% positive so all in all we're in a far better position this week than we were 2 or 3 weeks back.

What I'd say is that so as long as the wheels haven't already been set in motion regarding the additional funding then we may indeed get a much more favourable placing away or better terms for a funding injection.

Remember, the additional funding is not imperative to get us into production but if we want to take advantage of the premium HPI powder then Yes, we do indeed require the funding to purchase the required equipment.

Personally I'm here for the long game (as most will know) and I'm not interested in the ramping or deramping nonsense which is spouted by some to suit their own short term agendas.

We are where we are, mistakes have been made and we've already been diluted much more than we should have but as I say it really does look like this is the low and the corner has now been turned and it's really just a waiting game now...

Personally be shocked if they do it at 0.2. Last one was 0.3 and imo it will be between that and today's high price. As long as they don't use a CLN all good.

Yes, it looks like the only shortfall we have is the cash required for the HPI powder converter which is pretty important as that carries the largest profit.

The cash required going by all the reports seems to range from between £1.5 Million and £2.5 Million, so I've basically based my calculations on us doing another placing at around the 0.20 mark of 1.2 Billion shares which would give us approximately 4 Billion shares in issue and the £2.4 Million required but from then on it would be blue sky.

As we all know, dilution is a fact of life with AIM explorers who require the CAPEX to make the transformation from explorer to producer but of course anything above 0.20 would be a further win and given today's news, who's to say that GC will finally be able to pull a rabbit from the hat (God knows we deserve it) !!

As I say, it would now appear that the hard work is done and good times may be on us very soon and a placing at 0.20, while factored in to calculations, would pretty much look to be worst case scenario as regards dilution, so given our current situation there's not even any guarantee that the share price would drop on such News.

Anyway, we are where we are and it's now up to GC and ME to start taking us places.....

If there is a placing that should really be the last one as they move into production. Guess we'll know more in the next week or so.

Yes, more questions than answers as is often the way, however it is straight out of left field and can only be perceived as a major positive since we have no outlay and only profit once up and running.

I see people moaning about warrants at 0.3 on another board, however they are convertible for cash for the company so not all bad and in reality there's not really that many, especially in relation to our shares in issue and lowly MCAP.

It's now full steam ahead as we look to the Cape Town Mining investment conference on Feb 6th and 7th where we'll be presenting, today's announcement will only help us get more coverage and who knows what doors will open at the conference.

Similar to the turnaround at Amerisur, we've had dark times but there's now light just around the corner and it certainly looks like GC is getting all the ducks lined up for us.

Good luck all, but I feel we may now be turning that corner....

So many questions:

What is DMS grade magnetite, does it sell at a premium?

Whats the likely price/margin on the product?

How long will it take for Pace to recoup costs?

If the magnetite ore is "in for free", what are considered to be the production costs that Ironveld can claim from revenue?

What are the management costs that Ironveld can claim?

It's great news and another revenue stream, Ironveld look like they are putting in the work for a transformation over the next 12 months and all good news is welcome if they are trying to get a placing away.

The shares should have soared on today's news but as LADESIDE said it does appear they're working a placing in the background.

My own expected scenario / outcome here is to get another placing away for around current price (probably just below) for around the £2 Million figure, it would then be full steam ahead with the 3 smelters and HPI powder in full production by Q2 which would see us with a MCAP of around £30 Million with around 4 Billion shares in issue giving an approximate share price of 0.75.

If we can achieve this then I fully expect us to be then taken out by a Fosun / Glencore etc (who would have the deep pockets to fund the new large smelters at the mine site) and I'd expect this take out price to be in the region of £60 Million + translating to 1.5p or thereabouts.

It might not be the kings ransom that many had hoped for but GC has a plan and I'd reckon that won't be too far off the mark....

Interesting that KOD has done exactly the same as IRON did in October 2021.
KOD's project will be fully funded at 0.5p if the Chinese come up with the money.

Everyone seems to be waiting on the next move from the company, will we be able to buy in at 0.25 or thereabouts or will the News get us re-rated back to the 0.50 range ??

For those playing the long game, then 0.32 is still a decent buy in / top up price as assuming everything goes as expected, then we'll be back to the o.70's and above before the end of the year.....

I take it our "pals" are waiting on a down day to appear out of the woodwork to tell us all that we're doomed ??

It doesn't tend to sit quite as well when the newsflow is all positive and the share is rising backed up with decent buying.

That said, I still agree that there will indeed need to be around £2 to £2.5 Million raised in order to get the required kit for the HPI powder, however the higher we are and the brighter the outlook then the better chance of a decent placing price or alternative debt arrangement.

The planned appearance at the mining fair at Cape Town can only be perceived as a further positive and hopefully this will drum up some further interest.

As I say, we're not entirely out of the woods but things are most certainly looking much brighter with major upside to the current share price and I honestly don't think many could argue with that.....

It certainly won't do any harm Ace as any sort of publicity should hopefully be a positive and attract a bit more interest.

It's long been a criticism of GC that he never seems to do enough to promote his companies, especially outside his own little circles.
