For Ironveld shareholders and investors to genuinely hope and believe that a briefcase company Grosvenor Resources Pty Ltd can magically raise £5.6 million and tvbecome a white knight to Ironveld is patently naïve and downright stupid. You all deserve to lose all the money you have invested in the Giles Clarke’s Ponzi scheme for agreeing to be duped for all these years. Ironveld will never start commercial mining operations on either “LAPON” or “HACRA”. Ironveld consultants Pinky Ngxulelo and Peter Cox have continued to lie and fraudulently mislead Ironveld shareholders that all is well and that the company has lawfully granted mining rights/permits when this is actually not the case at all. We will attend the AGM on 17 January 2023 to hold Giles Clarke and his acolytes to account for their patently fraudulent conduct.

The Group is listed on the public markets which greatly assists in the raising of additional finance."

Those who did work it out and have battened down the hatches early will be better off than those who continue to believe in the magic (BS) of GC.

Agree all. None of us spotted that that would be the excuse GC used, but we should not beat ourselves up over the fact that whilst we can predict what is going to happen with a fair degree of accuracy, we can't predict what BS GC is going to use to cover up his incompetence and quite frankly lack of integrity and compliance with AIM Rules.

There were quite a few predictions in that piece which have come true including:

"The realisation will dawn that they have been had. Maybe they will just hit the sell button or maybe they will do their own figures and then hit the sell button. Some won't of course and will average down at the new crazy prices."

That's a prediction that Grosvenor may end up being a white knight for Ironveld. Not sure that one's come true yet RS.

What I meant was a prediction that the Grosvenor deal would again be be talked of as if it was always the plan once Ironveld was running low on money again. I seem to remember them saying that Grosvenor were still welcome to complete the deal at a later stage as that would accelerate development but I don't remember them saying Grosvenor were still essential to Ironvelds continued existence.

Even now, the most bullish among us has been willing to discount Grosvenor stepping forward with funds.

The response is no different to post 7408.

He does not believe my figures or your best case figures in post 7298, despite his 7309:

"Excellent posts Al and I'd agree with almost everything you've said."

We call it about right and have not lost money. He calls it wrong and digs a deeper and deeper hole for himself by doing so. If I did not know better I would wonder if he is a paid company shill. Maybe one day he will learn to work things out for himself, rather than just believe in GC's BS.

Those who did work it out and have battened down the hatches early will be better off than those who continue to believe in the magic (BS) of GC.

Banks loan on decent projects that are supported by credible evidence that they will generate sufficient cash - ie those that have D/BFSs. Lots of people looked at every aspect of this in 2019 - they all walked away having done DD.

It is not a scam company, just a typical bottom end of AIM company that has a poor project, being poorly executed by people more interested in taking excessive remuneration out for themselves and relying on PI's to buy in the secondary market so they can get ever more discounted placings away to keep the gravy train on the rails for as long as possible.

Makes me wonder if this loss making company is kept ticking over to offset profits from other companies for tax reasons. The CEO apparently is mega rich and that doesn't invest in his own company? We cannot sell the company ne-as the planning permits would die they aren't transferable? Who is actually making money here well it's not the shareholders that will shure, my opinion the company will fold eventually
