CAML as stated here a few times is by far a better mining prospect imo

Clearly the placing being prepared. The RNS does not state quantity. Reminds me of Chinese steel production during the Great Leap Forward.

Looks like the placing will be a failure . Perhaps get it away at 0.15 if they are lucky

Lots of positions being taken with an almost balanced spread between buys and sells.

0.25.3 to sell and 0.25.8 to buy.

They are happy to give you 0.25.3 for 5 Million on line.

So it would appear that nobody is entirely sure how the possible placing / funding will play out.

"With the Company seeing increasing production from the smelter during the first half of 2023 the outlook is extremely positive".

"In addition the Company expects to rapidly increase production and revenues as all three furnaces at the smelter reach full production in the first half of 2023, which will see the business operating on a positive cash flow basis."

£2m is not enough they need £6m +/- £2m. Work it out for yourself, quite a few people already have; it is not that hard to do.

Those who did work it out and have battened down the hatches early will be better off than those who continue to believe in the magic (BS) of GC.

looks like a placing is being put together as suspected, hopefully it's nearer my 0.20 price and not below.

As I've said before, it's all about potential MCAP being £25 Million+ with under 4.5 Billion shares in issue, if we can manage that then the future will be bright for anyone purchasing under 0.50 or getting to an average around that area.

It's not ideal for those who are not willing or able to average down, however it DOES secure the future of the company and it does provide a very attractive "buy in" price for those who know the story.

As I say, what's done is done but things are certainly looking much brighter now, assuming that we can raise around the £2m required at a price no less than 0.18 for the HPI which will see us through to the profitable production and sale point.

"Ironveld consultants Pinky Ngxulelo and Peter Cox have continued to lie and fraudulently mislead Ironveld shareholders that all is well and that the company has lawfully granted mining rights/permits when this is actually not the case at all."

Interested how you work this one out?

I assume this means that Sylvania Platinum is also a scam company?

I found last year that Grosvenor have never invested in anything, owned dozens of start-up shell companies which never invested or did anything. They never had any money.Iron kept saying the money was imminent month after month which boosted the share price allowing imo insiders to off load stock. IMO this is a scam ,perhaps a legal scam but a scam all the same, perhaps I am wrong time will tell

For Ironveld shareholders and investors to genuinely hope and believe that a briefcase company Grosvenor Resources Pty Ltd can magically raise £5.6 million and tvbecome a white knight to Ironveld is patently naïve and downright stupid. You all deserve to lose all the money you have invested in the Giles Clarke’s Ponzi scheme for agreeing to be duped for all these years. Ironveld will never start commercial mining operations on either “LAPON” or “HACRA”. Ironveld consultants Pinky Ngxulelo and Peter Cox have continued to lie and fraudulently mislead Ironveld shareholders that all is well and that the company has lawfully granted mining rights/permits when this is actually not the case at all. We will attend the AGM on 17 January 2023 to hold Giles Clarke and his acolytes to account for their patently fraudulent conduct.

"Availability of finance - Expansion of current activities or further development and production from the ore resources requires SIGNIFICANT further capital expenditure and the Group WILL need to raise further finance. The terms on which future funds can be raised may not be on terms which the Directors consider acceptable. The Group is listed on the public markets which greatly assists in the raising of additional finance."

Al,

Agree all. None of us spotted that that would be the excuse GC used, but we should not beat ourselves up over the fact that whilst we can predict what is going to happen with a fair degree of accuracy, we can't predict what BS GC is going to use to cover up his incompetence and quite frankly lack of integrity and compliance with AIM Rules.

There were quite a few predictions in that piece which have come true including:

"The realisation will dawn that they have been had. Maybe they will just hit the sell button or maybe they will do their own figures and then hit the sell button. Some won't of course and will average down at the new crazy prices."

That's a prediction that Grosvenor may end up being a white knight for Ironveld. Not sure that one's come true yet RS.

What I meant was a prediction that the Grosvenor deal would again be be talked of as if it was always the plan once Ironveld was running low on money again. I seem to remember them saying that Grosvenor were still welcome to complete the deal at a later stage as that would accelerate development but I don't remember them saying Grosvenor were still essential to Ironvelds continued existence.

Even now, the most bullish among us has been willing to discount Grosvenor stepping forward with funds.
