This muppet has been adding to my short lately (even added first thing today again). I try and keep my short in proportion to the short tracker each day. So if the tracker goes up, my short goes up, tracker comes down, I reduce. Longs could also do that but the other way round?

Whether long or short, in my view it always best to drip feed in. Never a good idea to bet the whole pot in one go.

IQE has brought me closer to god.

I pray a lot now for good news from the company.

Last October I was out partying thinking I was on my way to being rich. Wafers that, 5g this, revolution, Apple, LIDAR. Now I wonder if there is even anyone there.

I am passing through Cardiff on my way to Breckon Beakon. I will have a look at the factory see if guys are still grafting there. Ask them to send up some smoke signals.

adejuk - and I took out a 435pp SB on IMM at 23p - closed half at 37p rest still running. Even dogs can make you money if you're timing is right. Talking of VRS :)

Ade, I must have missed that drop to 100p and/or the sustained rise. All I've seen is a movement of a few pence either way since your exit on 17 Apr at around 117p?

When you claim facts, you resort to running off with your tail between your legs.

When you talk of credibility, perhaps review your posting history first. I won't reply to you again until you provide any evidence to back up your original claim or apologise to the board for a mistaken assumption. But I'm sure you'll just reply with the same twaddle about me needing to get out more.

Sheep herder your obsession on retaining credibility on this board is evident. Your aggressive responses highlight your insecurity and lack of substance. The B.B. is clearly a big part of your life, why not try to embrace it rather that control it? You cannot compete with ‘respectedR17; contributors who are employrd by IQE, so why try and control it? MadFeotus, you are 100% right a CFO does not affect the share price of a company.

However the absence of one does.

Even in my small company when a CFO is leaving people get worried about handover and loss of info/corporate memory.

Now imagine the situation IQE is in and its not apparent to the market what kind of contingency plan is in place.

Given the circumstances more reassurance is needed than has been given.

Its why the price is not reacting at all to good news flow are market Beta.

Rubbish, the CFO is an important position, but very few CFOs materially affect the share price of a company. In fact, I can't name a single CFO off the top of my head.
