17/8/2012 08:55 | I don't like Invesco (typical unimaginative passive investor) and I don't like charting but....the chart is pointing at 210 as the next stop on the upside IMHO. I do like technology spun from universities the iPhone for example having been the result of free internet, government sponsored touch technology and government sponsored GPS in USA. So if the current government does what Boris suggested recently these could/should be a beneficiary. Currently IPO offers 64* chances of the next iPhone IMHO. *=Edited after results: | praipus
16/8/2012 18:53 | No prob's. Still an excellent share and likely to be worth holding for some time. | steptoe57
16/8/2012 14:55 | Thanks ST for that piece of news. | hjs
16/8/2012 14:08 | hjs Niel Woodfood of Invesco has been the Gorilla buying the shares, they currently hold 28% and would have to bid for the company if they own over 29%. The Gorilla buyer is about to disappear hence the fall in the share price. | steptoe57
16/8/2012 12:40 | Any idea why the share price is dropping? Have I missed any bad news? | hjs
16/8/2012 07:16 | another 3mil buy from invesco. while the big investors are happy to buy, then im happy to hold. | pleaty1
13/8/2012 10:51 | Beginning to wonder where this is going. The initial pull back has become a steady trickle downward and with only a week to go before results I would have liked the share price to have stabilized. PLEATY I agree there has been little in the way of bad news, and plenty to encourage investors, but I feel the 'tree shake' idea may now have fallen from the equation. I am usually quite happy to hold for results on all my investments but I do admit to a little nervousness here for the first time. Question is how much of the holding to keep should I decide to sell any at all. I shall review matters Friday. | peaeff

01/8/2012 09:43 | the most important factors when there is a sudden drop are is it market related (ie has the 250 drooped) or is it company related (is the an rns with bad news) the answer is no to both. so with the recent invesco holding increase (they would almost certainly be cofindent that there was no bad news in the pipeline) and all the recent positive portfolio news i would suggest its a tree shake to accumulate some shares for a buyer. the 1mill sell, if it was a sell could be a buy/sell that has taken time to fill over a couple of days, and could have been part of the invesco trade, hence no sudden drop straight after the trade but could be used to manipulate people into selling. all in all it doesnt look like anything to worry about. | pleaty1
31/7/2012 22:43 | Sorry i was supposed to post this link: | v16ter
31/7/2012 22:42 | looks like 1m shares are a sell at 11:04am and the bid was 147.4 the offer 147.8, and at 12:08 just over 1 hour later and after another 20 thousand shares traded some buy some sell the bid was 149.4 and the offer 149.5 Should the share price not have dropped after the 1m shares had been sold and not so late on in the day, looks like a tree shake to me but i am quite new to investing but i am holding these for the long term and i am keeping mine! Hopefully some one can let me know if i am adding 2&2 and coming up with 7.... Thanks in advance. V16 | v16ter

09/7/2012 12:37 | Hi Stavros, IPO future completely unpredictable IMHO but if Oppenheimer were prepared to buy a few so am I. Also if the government were to suddenly remember that they can only grow the economy and the tax take by encouraging new enterprise, scientific and technological development there could be an unexpected spike upside:-) | praipus
09/7/2012 12:31 | Stavros - nothing wrong with IPO mate - all my indicators show IPO to be very strong and I'm still firmly in and waiting for the next lift. | petersinthemarket

30/6/2012 09:19 | There seems to be a determination to keep this sub 150p at present but I feel it will move quickly when it breaks out. Topped up earlier in the week. | peaeff
26/6/2012 20:15 | another good report from tracis, up 14% today. its becoming more and more apparent that IPO have an amazing eye for picking fledgling companies that have the capability to perform like their recent sale co proximagen at 35x their investment. | pleaty1 |
