Cracking results.

-the underlying operating performance is masked somewhat by the non cash items such as goodwilll, depreciation and other charges.
-EBITDA at over £3m compares with expectations of £6m for the full year. However H2 should see tha full benefits of recent acquisitions coming through
-wouldnt be surprised if the full year earnings come in well above expectations
-superb cash generation which has resulted in net cash balances of £5.3m at the end of H1.
-fully expect them to make further acquisition soon given the strength of their balance sheet.

Happy days ahead..;o)

Looks like people buying in ahead of interims. Wouldnt be surprised to see an RNS soon about Gartmore reducing their holding. Think they have been depressing the share price somewhat.

All the indications are that the company continues to do well with both better than anticipated benefits from the Titan deala dn continued growth from the other side of the house. It is also well known that the Iomart team is on the look-out for further small to medium sized bolt-on acquiisitions. Let's hope they don't gor too large an acqusistion which would almost inevitably be at a higher P/E than that achieved with deals like Rapid Switsh and Titan. There is still a massive amount of data centre capacity available to be filled at good value-added rates. I am looking for 3p of earnings in 2010/11and further fast acceleration in 2011/2012.

I've been looking at this share for some time. Could someone explain to me how data centres will be affected by "cloud computing". Will cloud comp reduce the need for high cost infrastructure investments, or is cloud comp increasingly dependent on having such centres? Will cloud c affect such data centres growth at all? Apologies in advance for my ignorance, but would be interested to hear views.

Hopefully NI will start to become more mainstream and become the de facto cloud security service. Iomart are doing seriously well now. It looks like they're are going to gobble up a few minnows before being snapped up themselves. Target TO price by then £2.00 share.

Great further step by Angus and the team that fully underwrites the 100p per share that should be the minimum price level in the short term. Their record on integration of such deals suggest that they will do very well from this deal.
