"What is the value of Operating Subsidiaries which are not going into administration?
Are they big enough to be spun off?"

Less than EUR 105m, which is the amount that's owed to the main bondholder (more with interest).

So yes, they are going to be "spun off", the bondholders are going to take everything. It still won't be enough for them to fully recover their debt but shareholders can sleep soundly as you benefit from limited liability and so escape having to put more money into the company to repay the company's debts!

Spun being appropriate word as we have been spun a tale
& kept hanging by a thread!
So much for being kept informed by BOD!

moonshine3 - an avatar used solely for trolling - how sad is that?

I've gone trough tbe posts and see iamthemagnificent sold a while back, so no need to be bitter about it. Best put the likes of you on filter. GLA.

Commiserations to the holders.

BH and myself have been banging on for a while that it is not looking good - I was hopeful that a sale might be transacted prior to this unfortunate outcome for equity investors.

Hopefully some potential investors and holders heeded the concerns that were highlighted. RIP IOG

hehe good trading Sir

The reverse indicator firestorm911 signalled a BUY here - loaded up and slightly in profit

But I hear greed is good, so holding on for a bigger profit.

Restructuring lol. If that happens it's anyone's guess what miniscule amount the existing shares might be worth, but I can't see it. Surely it would be in the bondholders best interests to have a fire sale of the assets rather than struggle on further. A last stab at saving jobs perhaps? Imho.

Even the administration statement has a feeling of smoke and mirrors about it..

"In the context of the existing bond waiver which expires on 29 September 2023, discussions have been held with a representative group of senior secured bondholders and their advisors regarding a potential additional capital injection and associated restructuring of the Company. Discussions are intended to continue during the Administration with a view to a potential restructuring solution that protects the operating subsidiaries, which are not being placed into administration."

Well there we have it. A dead duck, sadly.

You're not the only one petomi who stayed in for longer than they should have done.

To be fair to Newall he bought 600k in tranches at c9p last October and a further 300k in March at 4.58p. So he has lost a packet (total holding 5.25m, although some of that may of course have been options etc).

It was that informed confidence inter alia which kept me in longer than I should have.

A salutary lesson.
