Seemed a very well balanced and, overall, positive presentation to me. Good to hear that they are prilling with a third party so economically. Liked the way Jeff remained so sanguine despite being asked to sell scone at 220 by his wife and not doing so!

As a taster it would be interesting to know who turned up from IOF, and who did the talking?

It's the reaction from the Insti presentations that I'm waiting to see the reaction too, if any.

Volume very low today.

che: afaics if a question on minis is asked then all they can say is 'afraid that's market sensitive'. In reality feel sure that they have either finalised the spec, got competitive quotes, placed orders, have delivery dates, selected sites or maybe all of these. We'll just have to rely on informal soundings post meeting. On the bright side I have every confidence in the world class sleuthing abilities of those attending :-)

I suppose that IOF can and will say things in presentations to instis that are not generally known: that's the way the system works. We need to get the instis back on side. Maybe one of the lessons from last year is that they were too open to too many?

engelo, I don't disagree with you except to say that until "behind the scenes" is certain can't be an rns. I believe that a little more time needs to be given to LB and others to move forward from where we are. You may well be right about nomad.

engelo,
agreed, this time last year they were talking about having mini's rolled out, they were talking about a Prilling Tower they were talking about 50k plants after IO6....

phoenixs 21829: turning your comment around, nothing that could be market sensitive can be discussed at the AGM. It's the market semsitive stuff that I want to hear about :-) Eg disappointed that there's no news on CEO, plans for remedial brine flows, and building/deployment plans for minis. so they can't be covered in any detail. Would certainly buoy the atmosphere at the meeting too.

Yes we have good info on production volumes, but behind the scenes there's a lot more going on than that imo.

Mayabe there is an RNS but it got nobbled by the Nomad :-(

Apologies Joe, didn't mean to sound rude with my last comment, I simply think we should stop expecting constant reassurance and let Lance get on with his job. Mr Market will soon see the progress here IMO.

Joe, I think we already know the reasons for the share price fluctuations and the last couple of RNSs have certainly convinced me that Lance has the company back on track.

How much more reassurance do you need?

Joe, They can do that without an rns unless it is market sensitive.

Dig I can assure you I will not let them get away with it being a "formal" affair. To steal a current tagline and use it in a more appropriate context, " It's going to be emotional ".

I have been assured by their investor relations departmnent that I will be given admittance to the AGM even though I am a shareholder through a nominee account

Why would there be an RNS? To formally explain the wild share price fluctuations in the last year, to reassure the market that things are on track, - IOF is hardly in the category of 'most companies' so I think that some 'positive forward looking statements' would be helpful, right now.
