supernumerary - 22 Nov 2004 - 01:04:23 - 14422 of 71942 Bioprogress - FTSE 100 company in the making - BPRG
Just returned and caught up with posts after a few days away. All very amusing. Thanks to doglover and Mad Mike for consistently rational posts, prophet for information we clearly weren't going to get any other way, odd other posters simply for being sensible – matto, scrutable, ticotonic spring to mind but there were others whose names I'm afraid I can't recall.

No thanks to Tier 1s some of whom were happy to spread unsubstantiated rumours, large holders who sold out in a fit of pique (at least one of whom must be considering very carefully the CGT position for French residents), 'gurus' who suddenly discover that actually they know no more than anyone else, traders who said at one moment that whatever happened they would hold to the bitter end and then 10 hours later, after careful consideration, sold their entire holding. LOL.

Proves yet again there's only one golden rule for BB posters: if they talk it up they're looking for a sell price, if they talk it down they're looking for a buy price. If they say they're a holder but talk it down they're a hypocrite or liar, ditto vice versa.

Obviously a complete storm in a teacup. Business continues as usual, supported by a very positive RNS. GH has pretty much admitted he's looking for an FD. Some good deals coming up in the next two or three months. Oversold and due a correction.

So shorters will be looking to cover, old T1s will be buying back in if they can (at least those who can benefit from the AIM taper relief), some institutions will be stake-building although probably nothing too large until the volatility reduces. This is happening – the first bear raid went into the 50s, this one went into the 60s, the next one will be lucky to get down to the 70s – just a damped oscillation, to be expected in such a small-cap, liquid share underpinned by really solid prospects. On balance upwards for the next few weeks I guess.

Congratulations by the way to Shanksy. He was my bprg man of the year last year for finding the fmc videos, which persuaded me to push a significant sum of money this way, closely followed by df who got the price to where I wanted it to be,

super - I know little about about Deltex and care less. I've commented on it occasionally, but so what - does it have anything to do with vrs?

lucky - nonsense. If you know how to search, do so, otherwise don't complain about its difficulty. As for 'knocked daily and spent so much time and effort on' that's ludicrous - I just don't post that much anywhere, and always briefly.

This hurts as I had to unfilter you to be able to post on this thread Timbo, once done back on filter.

Not for you Timbo but you get a mention as Ray misled you. It's for Ray who reads this thread.

Well done Ray, fair play you admitted the lies and changed the details on your website.

No longer do you claim that ALL graphene/GNPs MUST be functionalised before it can be successfully dispersed, which of course was part of your sales pitch to funds on IPO and since. Please be sure to keep them properly informed in the future.

Unfortunately Timbo fell for that believing you when I knew for sure it was untrue as the scientists at the NGI said so. Your lack of knowledge dragged Timbo in who spent considerable amounts of time trying to convince everyone I was wrong and that ALL graphene had to be functionalised.

It caused Timbo to call me a liar and I won't back off when I know for a fact that Haydale were misleading the market not me.

So you through your lack of knowledge on graphene OR your intentional misleading of the market to sell your company, you caused investors to believe you and not those that do research.

However I can confirm that if that detail was added by you then it's most likely down to your considerable lack of knowledge about graphene because I have found some more bits where you are seriously lacking in knowledge.

That would be my best guess only you know the truth. Hey ho we all make mistakes, in the Applied Graphene materials IPO they mentioned that you guys produce graphene . I know you worked hard to correct that misunderstanding and stated so in interviews and presentations.

Shame about the false claim though. Doh!

PS

Can you get that multi-layer stuff off Goodfellow/Sigma or change the description of it as you know the ISO standard is under 10 layers. I see some has been discontinued so perhaps that is already being done.

That's if you know the ISO came out.

It's always good to clarify things and well done for taking it on the chin re the false information and putting it right.

PS

Why are the gas pipe seals yellow. I'm generally curious as adding low levels of GNPs into most things turns it black.

Timbo any time you wish to apologise privately via the PM system for calling me a liar feel free.

I understand, you fell for the statement by Haydale on the topic instead of listening to some silly old PI that knows far more about graphene than Ray. I spoke to the NGI related guys about dispersion BTW.

Besides that it's in various science papers anyway.

On a previous occasion when challenged to post these images, Fest made the utterly ludicrous claim that one is unable to post images from an iPad, this 'of course' is utter nonsense, the procedure for posting images from an iPad is identical to the one for an Android (which I use)

1. Go to:

2. Click the arrow at the side of 'Do Not Resize My Image' and select either 320x240 or 640x480

3. Click on: CHOOSE IMAGES

4. This will present the options of where to find the required images.

5. I selected DOCUMENTS, then GALLERY where I find an image of tonight's meal, Rodney Bewes and his 'shocking' sandwich, the image of me posted yesterday, and Fest (looking particularly chubby and smug)

At last! Iofina PLC have published the full RNS of the 2012 results on their website.

It took me 2 weeks and a day to get them to comply with a very important AIM rule, sigh ...

Well done guys, but should I have to tell you so often?

I came to this b/b to read (and write)about matters exclusive to IOF. Yet the short posts on the subject of trolling (which ironically now include this one) seem to outnumber posts on IOF.

Are none of us capable of abstaining?

At least I have until this one - a complete exception I promise
