Crazy; you explained very competently why I haven't sold a single IOF share yet.

These sort of situations are made for PIs with what it takes to go the course, something I have learned thru' (expensive) experience. It's why I stuck with MOS in 2011 when the whole world & its' dog was trashing it non-stop; now a ten bagger for me. It's why I stuck with SRT, slagged off when figures disappointed the company, as well as investors & the market, because governments were slow (would you adam & eve it?!) in approving mandates which are inevitable anyway. SRT is making solid progress from a prime position.

Let the bashers have their say - they often have good questions & good points - but when the game-plan is an obvious winner, bashers run out of steam as the share price steams away, as IMO IOF's will fairly soon. These things often have unexpected glitches, most innovative technology does, & can take three years to get on target.

But if it's a ten bagger, then so what? The rest can take a running yump in the lake!

Deeply ingrained narcissism, allied to a marked superiority complex, add up to a universally loathed scumbag-paraphrased from a report on Ian Brady.Remind you of anyone on this board?

If its a good outcome they need to find the right words to show how it could positively impact on the company.

Bag,

I have been reading your concerns over the past couple of days. Just to add a little to what others have said. Yes, it is important for IOF to appoint a new CEO to provide vision and strategic focus (and to reassure investors that we have leadership). However, the short-term roll out is not affected by a lack of CEO. IOF have assembled a great operational team and have already proven these people have excellent project management skills.

The delays to IO3 have nothing to do with a lack of leadership. Quite the contrary. They made a very strategic decision to focus all their immediate IOsorb plants in Oklahoma rather than spreading them around (e.g. Texas). The reason? Oklahoma has shown to have exceptionally high ppm and this can be achieved with high brine input. It is rumoured that IO3 will be able to produce 700mt of iodine output per annum when fully operational. That is three times what the market has been expecting from these IOsorb plants and as more plants are added, these IOsorb units in Oklahoma will prove to be game changing for the iodine industry. The $15m bond issue to accelerate the roll out of these plants was also a strategic decision - and in my view, a very smart one at that. The decision to use mobile IOsorb units for brine supplies that have a low volume but high ppm is also an astute strategic decision.

The above strategic moves have led to some delays on previous expectations. The market has heard 'delays' but has not fully appreciated that the reason for these delays will result in a significant increase in shareholder value in the second half of 2013 and throughout 2014. The gripe for some is that the company have not fully communicated the enormously positive impact of these key decisions. I believe that is about to change as they prepare to improve their communications to the market.

I support your stance to ask tough questions. However, some of us have been following the twists and turns of this story for over 18 months and even given the low key communications, have been able to work out the strategic significance of what is happening.

The low key communications have also been part of the strategy. They have been trying to build up the business 'under the radar' for fear of attracting the attention of potential predators. The plan, I believe, was to lift the veil of secrecy in September alongside the interims and when they had all their ducks in a row. Unfortunately, sticking rigidly to this communication plan has provided an element of uncertainty/lack of clarity in the market and opened the door to this week's dramatic share price movements and the ensuing bear raid. It is also likely that potential predators have become more aware of IOF's plans and so, the communication strategy needs to change.

From here, I anticipate a new focus on shareholder communication. The full extent of IOF's strategy is likely to come out now rather than waiting for the September blitzkrieg. I anticipate a gradual unveiling throughout the summer months and carrying on through to and including the September interims. During this time, investors and potential investors will become increasingly aware of the enormity of IOF's vision and strategy. My only hope/fear is that this change in communication strategy has not come too late and that a potential predator does not make their move until the market has had time to fully appreciate the value that exists here.

EDIT - Where IOF currently need leadership is not around operational delivery. It is around their communications strategy and if necessary, in defending a bid.

Yes Titus, Jamonit has explained very well how to post a link to your chart. What he hasn't explained is how to post the actual chart! LOL

Listen carefully, I will explain.

When you click on the "crown" (share via screencast.com) ... wait a few seconds, then the screencast message box will appear.

click "view on screencast"... a new window opens, you see your chart, right click the chart image, then left click "inspect element" ... then you'll see 2 columns, look for the left column, there will be a blue highlighted area beginning with "image class =" ... Right click on it, and then Left click on "copy as HTML ... then come back here, Right click in the posting box, then Left click on "paste" ... then post it! Your beautiful chart will appear as if by magic!

You can post pretty much anything you see, once you get the hang of it ...

U.S. stocks rose, as the Standard & Poor's 500 Index (SPX) rebounded from a nine-week low, after data showed durable-good orders and home sales increased more than forecast and consumer confidence climbed.

Not one bearish post today. Surprising.

This stock closed sub 169 for 2 consecutive days.

I consider that bearish.

Goodnight.
