Ansana - I'm sorry you won't be there. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that I will get in!

Superg - I wasn't just giving a wild guess about L and G selling off, I supplied the (weak) reason for my thoughts. I also fully believe that your contradictory view is the correct one and not mine. That's actually what I find interesting. The digging gives you the actual information rather than having to second-guess from partial information (the sell down to

Just for the record, no change as yet from yesterday's findings.

It seems there was a change of team and L and G, recently and the new guy is getting rid of some holdings.

It seems they went aggressive dumping millions in quick time. As we know it was a game for a while pepging the price back, and never being able to break out of the 240's.

The suggestion is that yesterday was just the final leftovers being dumped. We''ll see how it goes today. If it has ended or near the end, we know what happens next.

Still mutterings re a trading update. Logically that would come tomorrow if it's happening.

I'll be glad when lunchtime arrives (post AGM meeting) tomorrow and the hints turn into posted facts.

I'm sure us lot present will get any details on here in quick time.

One for RUG maybe. It seems this lot are raving about a potential oil play in western Montana.

It sounds a little like the rumblings re true oil.

EDIT

While the "Bakken-hungry majors" have paid as much as $40,000 an acre to drill in the Williston area, the magazine says, Norstra "practically stole" the South Sun River leases at $1,500 an acre.

I wouldn't call 1500 per acre a steal personally. Let's hope the 200k plus acre of 3 forks does have oil, the value such a large acreage would be rather interesting.

I forgot about the temp ban, to clean up the other BB in the early, feel free to post on the other thread, but try not to engage.

I wondered why you were posting here.

I note some mention the info regarding the patent. I.E. should we know that.

Of course we should, it's a natural question that would be covered in any tech, for any investor, answers were given at presentations.

IOF have never suggested they hadn't applied for patents, or said they they didn't expect to get them.

It's only rumour control in recent times re one position that has raised the subject, wrong call by then if true.

Good news for long term holders; I use vectorvest (which uses the same equations against all the stocks on the ftse and aim and so is unbiased, it does not include speculative or forward calculations, only audited accounts) and has a target value for IOF at 387p. Having used it for years i can assure you that, given time, most shares will rise or fall to eventually meet the target values specified in the software. So I'm happy to sit back and let the share price rise accordingly. Good luck all.

There are far too many previously positive types reacting very badly to todays market weakness.
This board has been awash with comments from 'long term holders' who have suddenly become very negative.
Its OK to be spooked, its fine to ask questions and protect your investment.
But those who are straying into criticising the company, or doubting the roll-out plan should simply sell their shares and move on.
It is the only logical thing for them to do.
Please leave investing to those of us realise that all trends are subject to fluctuations, and those of us who are comfortable with our own research and commitment.
There will be many such days in future, a long and glorious future I'm certain, but the shareprice will not always behave in a consistent way that suits you.

Currently we have provisional patents and patents pending regarding our methods. We have been assured by the patent office that our patents with be issued without further comments. The issuance is anytime and only the patent office knows exactly. A search for a CEO is underway. We will update the market in due course. The rest of your questions will need to be answered in a RNS to whole market. Thank you for your inquiry.
