25/3/2014 18:49 | Fresh,my very thoughts and I wonder how Stenna would stand with CF on their payroll? My worry is IOF is a "leaky" stock and share price movement is reflecting this. | florence10
25/3/2014 18:46 | Meadow - nicely and realistically summarised . Thanks | ![]() dcgray21
25/3/2014 18:45 | Bobbyshilling, From the RNS "We wish him continued success in his business ventures" does not sound like he is retiring. However I agree Dr Bellamy looks a good appointment and you have to think it bodes well for the water permit being granted. Hopefully CF's resignation as Director of the company is nothing more than him being based in the UK was not ideal. The appointment of a new Director of the company based in the USA may well improve things going forward. | ![]() trav5
25/3/2014 18:41 | Presumably, Bill Bellamy was fully briefed on the prospects of IOF before he accepted his directorship. He won't be very pleased if he wasn't! The CEO was also fulsome in his praise for Dr. Fay and his contribution to a solid future for IOF. It was also indicated that the financial situation was favourable after the extension of the bond. All the signs seem to indicate a positive output or are we clutching at straws? Is this week another vicious bear raid? Only time will tell! And not much time before some news, good or bad, should be forthcoming. | ![]() meadow2
25/3/2014 18:36 | If you as the board wanted to take the company private with a MBO you couldn't have done better with the share price if you wanted. | ![]() freshvoicem
25/3/2014 18:33 | anniversary soon. 52 Week High Date 17-May-13 251.75p 52 Week Low Date 25-march-14 58.50p what a difference a year makes. | mail2
25/3/2014 18:18 | Maybe CF hasn't sold any stock. | ![]() bobbyshilling
25/3/2014 18:15 | Trav5, but then, by the same token, why would Bill Bellamy join the company? Dr, Fay is 69, so I would imagine he is retiring. | ![]() bobbyshilling
25/3/2014 18:14 | Something stinks,CF was the only buyer of stock and he jumps ship.Water permit value 80p on SP,yet we languish around 60p. Am I missing something? | florence10
25/3/2014 18:02 | Unfortunately due to its shrinking market cap IOF dropped out of the FTSE AIM 100 yesterday which may partly explain the weak share price today. IMO the resignation of Dr Fay is a far bigger worry and you have to wonder what is going on at the company that we are not privy too. | ![]() trav5
25/3/2014 17:41 | We need positive cash flow thats all, simple. | ![]() beeezzz
25/3/2014 17:34 | I am waiting for positive news on the water permit before adding here, because if we get that, then sure, the share price will rise, but these should still be able to be picked up for a good price. | ![]() bobbyshilling
25/3/2014 17:26 | Dontshoutatonce I still have no clue what you've been going on about!!! Dontshoutatonce 25 Mar'14 - 17:17 - 17422 of 17423 0 0 Roger I left a message and one of the staff got back to me and told me that. Dontshoutatonce 25 Mar'14 - 15:01 - 17402 of 17423 0 0 Roger Melly, two weeks because I spoke to one of them last week and was told 9th April we'd be told and it all seemed good to him and that's good enough for me. Dontshoutatonce 25 Mar'14 - 14:20 - 17397 of 17423 0 0 Afraid they won't do that for 2 weeks Bobsworth. Bobsworth 25 Mar'14 - 13:52 - 17394 of 17423 1 0 Ouch! 25/3/2014 17:06 | Captain Kurt. Thanks for the email addresses. I have sent emails asking for an update. Will be interesting to see if either responds.Given the share price falls over the last couple of days I worried that people have been selling on inside info, eg a possible share placing. I hope I am wrong. | ![]() owenga
25/3/2014 17:02 | Well SG can you put a gloss on this one now | ![]() beeezzz
25/3/2014 17:02 | The market isn't stupid, it saw the loan extended by 2 years and then the sudden loss of CF... and smelt medium-term cash-flow problems. Couple that can of worms with the sub-£100m ii 'threshold' issue, then chuck in the TA supports in the 40's then 30's and you have a right olde s/t mess. Is it fatal? Not yet. | n3tleylucas
25/3/2014 16:55 | An update without some hard numbers will not help. They should save those until they can update on production, cash position as well. If there are no numbers it just looks like they are hiding something and are just muddying the water. | frog1
25/3/2014 16:44 | Even at £77m is the marcap too high though I wonder? | koolade
25/3/2014 16:37 | Well if they were going to go for a fund-raising why oh why did they not do it last year the longer they take the greater dilution. I'm starting to get the deja vu PDX feeling, which luckily I stayed well clear of, but chart looks very similar, just hope this doesn't go the same way. | ![]() beeezzz

25/3/2014 16:29 | Such a drop signals a bad RNS in the post, but my dog hasn't barked today? Really confused, wonder where Shonny gets his info from? He must be REALLY RICH having shorted this all the way down. | ![]() freshvoicem
25/3/2014 16:29 | I tried emailing the company today from their web-site and it bounced straight back........if anyone has an email address that works I would very much appreciate knowing what it is...........regards | ![]() barrywhit |
