Again you are reading what you want to hear and chosing to ignore what has been written.

Where have I said 'I know' that it is yet to happen?

Have a good evening.

We have been told it is yet to happen and havent been told that it has happened.

undeniable FACT - read the RNS

spin it however you like, until its OFFICIAL it isn't official!

look how many times the spin doctors have had you believe stuff before!

Of course all delays are part of keeping it under the radar - yeah ok!

And how do you know 'it is yet to happen?' You don't and neither do I

peoples are very good at reading what that want to hear from an RNS, and quick to dismiss what they don't want to hear.

'has now been fully commissioned and is ready to accept brinewater upon final approval from the well operator'

this was deliberately inserted into the RNS because it is fact!

If approval took place the same day or the day after, then why not wait before releasing an RNS worded without reasonable doubt?

SG says from what he hears 'could be' ...... but 'could' is not absolute!

Until we hear from IOF officially then we should maintain the status quo. brines to IO#3 will only be brought on line after the well operator's approval...... ie. yet to happen!

SG,

Thanks for the re-assurance on the commencement of brine flow. As I understand it IOF had until recently intended IO3 to be on a Mid-States site but switched at the last minute for some reason or an other.

CHK are known to be a highly efficient operator whilst Mid-States not quite so.

Very interesting but I feel that the good news was anticipated and priced in. Thus the share price is suffering a lull. It did fly from 40.0p to 240.0p.

I had been thinking it's nice to have the traders gone, once the big moves settle down, and news doesn't shift things around, then they lose interest and move on.

T trades hanging around on any share can often distort things, and I see many times, 'why would people sell'?. Well they didn't have the cash to buy them, and it's just margin to cover on any move creating a loss, or cash in a gain.

So yes sometimes volumes suggest interest has gone, but it's the right sort of interest that has disappeared.

Any big news and we'll be back in that cycle.

I think too much has been read into that line in the rns.

'has now been fully commissioned and is ready to accept brinewater upon final approval from the well operator'

The way I'm hearing the final approval could have been that day or the day after, so there is no point in conspiracy theories.

I doubt the author considered for one second the impact of that one line could have. It's just a handover process to give the thumbs up to turn the tap on.

It's not like the partner foreman is going to turn up, see IO3 and say, 'Where tf did that come from'. It isn't IOF's site or land, they were invited there to build a plant, to make the partner some cash for free.

Yes, I'd been taking note of the low daily trading volumes, too.

And finding them quite reassuring.

One thing that strikes me here is that the daily volume being traded is now around 250,000 shares per day, just a quarter of that 6 months ago which to me is healthy as the day traders have long since exited and I imagine much longer term investors are quietly accumulating in the background.

Assuming the newsflow of production update and high probability of water rights news in Nov followed by commissioning news of IO4/5 in Dec I believe the shares are capable of re-rating on relatively low volumes.

The key here for share price appreciation is production, production, production.

2t per day production will be an important milestone as that means the rollout becomes self-financing as well as delivering on the lower end of their y/e target.

Oh dear, what's happening to the share price - hopefully news of IO3's latest output numbers will bring it above £1.80. Thought we saw the last of the seventies but hey, nothing goes up in a straight line! GLA

Riki, all hearsay at the moment yes, but enough of it heard from the company in presentations etc to use it in your own number crunching if you were there. You don't need to be happy with those numbers/forecasts, but I am pretty sure they mean something to those who have come up with them.

The margins etc will remain hearsay, probably until at least the 2013 final results are published, and you may even need to see 2014 interims to get a good picture.

Guys - how can people be putting numbers on a take out price - we do not even know opex/margins and many other salient numbers. All hear say at the moment.

So what is the something that is not right? Yup thought not.

The story hasn't changed, lots of good news on the horizon
Agree with Festario 10567 170(ish) is support before the big push north to 200+ by xmas
Has dipped slightly below the 200sma today (mms accumulating?)
Hopefully the big push begins tomorrow!!

Festario 5 Nov'13 - 12:45 - 10567 of 10589

The underlying trend suggests that 170p is the support level, and that still takes us naturally to 200p by Xmas.
