The Calbuco volcano in southern Chile has erupted for the first time in more than four decades.

Authorities said no hot rocks or lava had been seen so far, only ash.

Chile has the second largest chain of volcanoes in the world after Indonesia, with around 500 that are potentially active.

I'm working hard on one company but that involves tracking 4, well 3 really, but the posters think one of those 3 is relevant but it's not. They have missed the 4th which is in fact the 3rd.

Have I lost you yet. I am having a right old chuckle about one thread and more to be revealed in the future. One of the companies that seems to be behind the other two has 3 times the MC, so a future short if things carry on as they are. That company glosses it up and have sucked PIs in.

I've have spent quite some time keeping an eye on things but now need to go through the facts as some companies have very conveniently shown the prospects which are in play. However there is a holy grail to grasp in the sector. The first one to get it will stand head and shoulders above the rest and will probably have a negative impact on the others, especially the one showing a disproportionate MC.

Interestingly the one with the highest income and minimal losses, has the lowest MC, but that one has hidden aspects. I say hidden, they mentioned it briefly, but could have made a song and dance about it had they chosen to do so. It seems they are not of that ilk and are quietly confident.

Not long to IOF results (which I think will be good) then I can crack on and concentrate on research for future investments.

Within 6 weeks we have the Y/E results, and the water result. The strategic review and growth plan will surely be revealed over the next month or two.

Here are some details re the current topic. I understand it, that's why I avoid engagement as much as possible. I have no fear of these folk, and neither should you, they are cowards, whose worst fear is being identified. Note the considerable increase in posts since identification has been mentioned.

Hopefully this short read will allow others to understand the situation. Note the last line 'the best thing you can do is ignore them'

In this month's issue of Personality and Individual Differences, a study was published (link is external) that confirms what we all suspected: Internet trolls are horrible people.

Let's start by getting our definitions straight: An Internet troll is someone who comes into a discussion and posts comments designed to upset or disrupt the conversation. Often, in fact, it seems like there is no real purpose behind their comments except to upset everyone else involved. Trolls will lie, exaggerate, and offend to get a response.

What kind of person would do this? Some Canadian researchers decided to find out.

They conducted two online studies with over 1,200 people, giving personality tests to each subject along with a survey about their Internet commenting behavior. They were looking for evidence that linked trolling with the "Dark Tetrad" of personality traits: narcissism, Machiavellianism, psychopathy, and sadism.

They found that Dark Tetrad scores were highest among people who said trolling was their favorite Internet activity. To get an idea of how much more prevalent these traits were among Internet trolls, see this figure from the paper:

Look at how low the Dark Tetrad scores are for everyone except the trolls! Their scores for all four traits soar on the chart. The relationship between trolling and the Dark Tetrad is so significant that the authors write in their paper:

"... the associations between sadism and GAIT (Global Assessment of Internet Trolling) scores were so strong that it might be said that online trolls are prototypical everyday sadists." [emphasis added]

Trolls truly enjoy making you feel bad. To quote the authors once more (because this is a truly quotable article): "Both trolls and sadists feel sadistic glee at the distress of others. Sadists just want to have fun ... and the Internet is their playground!"

The next time you encounter a troll online, remember:

These trolls are some truly difficult people.
It is your suffering that brings them pleasure, so the best thing you can do is ignore them.

Thanks. The posts since just speaks for itself. Two self-confessed drunks using this thread to show how disturbed they are (probably the same person).

There is no point engaging on here in a language they understand, though it is highly tempting for most. Calm polite responses are infuriating for such folk, and one can't be criticised for such responses.

You can now see just how riled and frustrated they (could be just one) are.

For the onlookers, just smile at their current self-destruct situation, don't react, use filter.
