There is nothing that I know of that would be cause for a drop in price today. Looking at it though, it appears the volume is relatively week so I doubt it will be sustained. It is surprising given that we will be in London this week for the AGM. We generally spark great interest in investors when we meet with them in London and it is usually reflected in the share price. I don't anticipate this week's events to be any different than past trips.

Lib - From Sam at IOF 17/6 -

"We have been assured by the patent office that our patents with be issued without further comments."

I take it that means the patents have been upheld by the Patent office? - If so then not sure if Sam should have leaked this out - I thought that patents approved would have been subject to an RNS? - Happy he did though.....

EDIT

Just remembered - I believe some are shorting on the basis of patents not going through - Commiserations..............

Very coincidental how right on the build up to the AGM we are sitting right on the current trend line still (give or take a few pence), especially given the mass sell off by L & G. I'd be very surprised if this didn't bounce tomorrow.

With so much news dangling before us it would be stranger still if there is no RNS in the coming days especially after the CEO resignation, need good news to offset the recent bad. However in the grand scheme of things the price has only dropped 16% from the 250 high, I recall a SCRUTABLE post which I'll paraphrase that said you wouldn't sell your house after a 20% drop, hence why not apply that same rule of discipline here. As SuperG has said we have held up well even after all the negative factors currently plaguing the wider markets. Keep up the good work IOF.

Boggle

The 30k plants are built to order and take about 3 months, although they have said they are looking for design changes to speed that up.

Mobile pods are exactly that, pre built on truck trailers with a plug in and go set up, probably for single wells of high ppm.

IOF have said all along they have sites that will do 450mt plus and some abnormally high sites more. That is 300ppm.

Others show that 300 to 400ppm is there. I suspect they have some very good ppm's appearing, hence all the leasing and desire to accelerate in one concentrated area.

If io2 to 6 are 450mt plus units, and go to the full 30k bpd at some point, it's easy to see how revenues can grow very quickly.

That doesn't include some good producing pods.

They do have a 100k site somewhere, but will roll out 30k units first, so that will probably come next year as one big unit, or 3 30k ish units.

I believe SG1 has posted recently that the new plants are to be very similar in size thus making them "mass production" for fabrication and construction. There will be slight modifications to Control and Instrumentation on each to achieve more automation.
Sorry but I can't answer your question regarding full operability. Am watching for an answer to this myself.

sandbag thanks. Just out of interest, is each plant a standard "modular" unit or does each site require customisation? Also how long does it approximately take to get a new plant fully operational pls? TIA.

Broker Westinghouse have the following reported in GBP:
Revenue 2013 £19m + 2014 £56m.
Ebitda 2013 £8m + 2014 £34m.
Pre Tax 2013 £6m + 2014 £31m

The current share price reflects a decent multiple on next years forecasted earnings divided by the number of shares in issue, bearing in mind the £12m-ish that can be offset against tax on £31m so the current share price is fairly priced me thinks.

Bogg1e,

It wouldn't be less so it would be massively less so. There's a huge difference in ppm in OK to Texas.
WRT construction. Imagine building two plants in Kent or one each in Dorset and Aberdeenshire. Think of the logistics. You can employ a contractor in Kent who will have men and equipment on one site and they can be transferred to another in hours. In the second example mobilization could take days and cost lots. Running two plants next to each other is much the same, if you have illness/absenteeism on one site you send someone to the other. You can't do that between Aberdeen and Dorset
