Bagette. I am not sure why you think you are being "shouted down", in fact the discussion seems quite civil. You are in a minority on this thread, as you know, but you are entitled to air you concerns. However the delays you describe have been clearly explained and dealt with. A decision was made NOT to put IO3 in Texas as it would be 4 times more effective in OK. This meant a delay in building and commissioning IO3 for 3 months, but the upside will be 4 times the production every day. It is a "no-brainer". It is nothing to do with funding. The additional funds are being used to speed up expansion in 2014.

Mad marky,

One wouldn't normally buy that chart though, so obviously you have 100% conviction.

Hi super,

I can not see why a loan would take nine months given the forecasts. I really don't. All the best for Wednesday in any case.

Yours,

Hello from Malta. I was a little surprised when I turned the computer on and lookes at todays closing price. I can not blame a few traders for being a little nervous and deciding to close their positions. The negative noise from those who wnat to see the IOF price fall has not helped, along with stops taken out.
Having been a part owner in a company that we sold a couple of years back, I do understand how there can be slippage in products, especially those with cutting edge technology.
We have a couple of facts to consider. Lance resigning is a blow, however the bulk of the work has been completed and the roll out should not be attected.

Change of site for IO3, yes there was a delay due to moving IO3 to a more productive site. The beauty about being a long term holder is that I am interested in a long term return from IOF. If moving IO3 to a vastly better location can increase my returns then I am all for it and content to wait a little longer.
I am confident of excepional long term returns and will be in the market for a few more.

If IOF truly believed in their goals, why isn't IC being massively expanded?

What's the problem?

Superg do you mind me asking which share you are looking at that should 3-5bag next year?

There is nothing like IOF that I am aware of, with such big 'mappable; growth potential.

Iof used the mappable word and is is very relevant, It is easy with IOF (assuming delivery) to get some idea of profit potential, instead of trying to guess what the uptake would be on their product and timelines.

Yes there is one for next year that should multiply 3 to 5 fold imo, depending on what price it ends up at this year.

A few hurdles to jump first, and a few of us are tracking progress.

There will always be a few that fly on momentum, but I like momentum to be backed up with solid evidence of revenue potential, not guesswork.

I've only been investing for 4 years, but have 26 years of direct experience of sorting facts from BS. It seems to fit well for the finance markets. But I was was expecting 90% fact and 10% BS, not the other way around.

Scruts made contact early on, and told me never to trust a tip sheet, or analyst buy note, he is so right.

Some while go I said that I did not believe the "ramping" talk of £5 - £7 - £12 £20 a share this year or soon after and was shouted down

Some while ago I forecast profits this year of absolute max £8m leading to a valuation only supporting the price of around £2 or lets say a bit more - was shouted down

Reckoned share price this year would not reach more than about £3 (we shall see) and was shouted down.

Said I thought water would contribute nothing this year - was shouted down

All of this based upon a business background of knowing that all opportunities cannot be added together without considerable allowance for expansion problems, competitor reactions etc etc all based on gut feel - now I will get shouted down again. Maybe some others are a bit naive in believing all the opportunities will just fall into place.

"""Some of you just cannot see behind the words given out. I attended the PI meeting and could read plenty into some of the words."" Seeing things that were never there methinks and making it up as you go along. What reason do you have for disbelieving the board? Gut feeling? You are told one thing but decide to believe something else based on...... nothing. No one is masking realities. Of course there will be delays. Who here is denying this?

You just cannot see that without the loan there would have been no roll out at all - that is why the delays had been occurring. Still "what on earth are you talking" about is the level of response I expected. Some of you just cannot see behind the words given out. I attended the PI meeting and could read plenty into some of the words.

Look back at the RNS's of the last year and see the delays. Nothing wrong with delays at this stage of the companies development but please dont mask all realities

"IOF had ground to a halt needing funding to proceed and then the new deal was announced so fine we move on but the rumours did have some foundation."

Sorry, but what on earth are you talking about?

"[...] The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the issue of the Bond primarily for the accelerated role out of its IOsorb™ plants to increase the rate of production growth [...]" --- RNS of 8 May 2013

"We could, theoretically, self-finance plants going forward, but that would be on a significantly lower number, in the short term, than if we raise this finance. So, it will accelerate the roll out of additional plants." --- Chris Fay interview with Proactive Investors

The money was to accelerate the rollout. I don't see how you can equate issuing a bond to substantiating a lie about a black hole in the accounts, and I don't see what evidence you have to so emphatically announce that "IOF had ground to a halt".

Not sure issuing a bond to take advantage of an accelerated rollout is a 'black hole' of any magnitude to be honest, just my thoughts of course.

Everyone is right to be watchful and wary, it is your cash at the end of the day. Me personally, I am not worried in the slightest, been a great ride so far, happy for the ups and downs, have seen plenty of retraces since the 40p days, I am happy that my investment is still on the right track.
