But that was absolutely pure luck. No skill or any kind of judgment whatsoever.

Have been fascinated with this case ever since and how shareholders get shafted and the rich walk away Scot free.

Lost some good friendships with it as well, especially parthus. A top bloke.

I now have a copy of the letter to creditors, which says that a report is required to be issued within 8 weeks of IMIC going into administration (ie by 26 June 2018). It was dated 2 May. It calls for creditors to register their claim, so it seems to me to be vital to ensure that our brokers register for all their customers who hold loan notes within this time frame.

I've set up a website called newclasaction dot co dot uk where I'll upload material as and when it becomes available.

Administration reports are usually posted at Companies House, where it's possible to register for alerts when a filing is made by a named company. I'm still pushing for a creditors' committee to be formed.

My thanks also. Although I didn't hold the loan notes, I do appreciate the damage it has done financially and mentally to holders. A truly shocking state of affairs.

Like I have said, I hope old friendships can be rekindled once this has been concluded. Especially with you parthus.
