Stupid to think anyone will get anything out of this pile of negative value.
Trotter, you're stupid to think we don't know that.
Unbelievably stupid.

NEVER GIVE UP HOPE GUYS.

I'd be delighted if you scooped a few pence back for what you have been through.

Well, I will still be hoping things turn out well for you Horneblower.

All the best.

It's weird talking to you delboy as you consistently, and presumably deliberately, miss the point.
So, on the basis that you have nothing to offer, I'll not bore you any more.

Hi Horneblower

The only weeping from my point of view would be bearing witness to your pain at being shafted so royally.

And I mean that in the best possible way.

It was a dreadful rogering you took and years of ensuing pain.

Someone should be strung up for that.

BUT, there is still a glimmer of hope that it could have been worth it!

I fear you're the only one still weeping.
Everyone else put it behind them a year or so ago.
Carry on, though. It's a joy to watch your performance and it keeps this redundant thread going.

I take no satisfaction watching the pain and suffering you guys are still going through after being absolutely shafted IMO.

I thought it would have had to have hurt - I did not realise the abject agony would last this long though.

It does make me weep. But I STILL have hope it could come good for you all.

I was lucky, I want you guys to have the same kind of luck after what you have been through. It must have been hell.

Well done you.
So, what keeps you hanging around like a bad smell?

Phew, that wouldn't be a nice place to be Horneblower!

Thankfully I dumped (luck rather than skill) my whole shareholding on the spike - was just too risky. I had been holding a relatively serious loss until I bought a shedload in the 50s and got out at high 70s.

Appreciate it is not the loss you guys made and suffer from, but I could have been in the same boat as you guys and know the unbearable pain it has caused you.

For that I take absolutely zero comfort.

I would hate for that good thing to be you or the directors going to jail.

Strewth!!!

Sorry to hear this. BUT, never give up hope. Maybe there is a small chance something good will come out of it.

Just a few quid short then? lol

....and there was me booking a summer holiday on the dividend proceeds :)

Whole thing was a sham from the minute Affero directors insisted in being paid cash not shares

From the administrators official documents

Estimated total assets available for preferential creditors...£929,663

Unsecured non-preferential claims
(excluding any shortfall to floating charge holders)...£131,896,392

Estimated total deficiency/surplus as regards members...£-132,412,421

ie one hundred and thirty two million pound deficiency. Thus no payout!

Could it be clearer?

Thanks speedsgh - looks a dividend could be on the way if they get the value that the assets are worth.

Fingers crossed they do and we can all have a get together and put this behind us.

The first round will be on Parthus!

Knowing that you'd be wasting your time since there is nothing. The directors stole it .
So, beware of jail, trotter.

I have hope that directors will be jailed...but it's unlikely, this being AIM.
Perhaps you're one of them?
