Exactly GheeBee. Although there has been a lot of hot air, you are the only one who seems to have taken action.

You also highlighted the dangers well in advance as well.

Well done sir!

Cheers

It goes on and on because if it stops it will be exposed to scrutiny, by the liquidator if no one else.

Now, who was it said that I was conscientious...

Ah yes, I wonder if anyone else finds it amusing or interesting to learn that Shore Capital tried to do an Affero/IMIC (using money belonging to the target to pay for a change of control) and got found out. Well done the Court in Guernsey for giving Mr Shore short shrift.

Not quite Afferro/IMIC but the idea was the same.

That would be appreciated by many I reckon Gheebee. Thank you.

When will this saga ever end? It not only destroyed the wealth of many people it destroyed online friendships as well. The bitterness can still be felt today on occasion.

Very, very sad.

Good luck to all imic'ers!

Cheers

Having gone to the last GM I'm staying at home for this one. On a related matter you might be interested to know that the largest shareholder, Niel Infrastructures, has been made bankrupt. Their holding here, of shares and bonds, appears to have done for them.

A bit early I know - but a heartfelt Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all bondholders here from me.

I wish you guys well for 2018 and hope that the payout comes in that 12 months.

Cheers

I wish you guys well, I really do.

They say the market teaches you lessons, but they are expensive. The Afferro one certainly was for many.

I got out by luck rather than any kind of judgement.

Cheers

What is your opinion please ?

Obviously the chance of getting anything is virtually nil, but no harm in trying. I suggest trying to force the issue by voting AGAINST the resolution. I wouldn't be fooled by threats to put the company into liquidation. If the directors wanted to put the company into liquidation they would already have done so.

Got us over a barrel if you ask me. The mysterious large investor will probably emerge and offer us a ludicrously small amount to sell out.

Is there any point in voting against ?
They claim the company will fold if we do.
Then again they are never truthful, so......

Wonder what the mysterious large loanholder intends to do ?

Thomscm2:

I found that article most revealing.

I would love to get us all together in a class action, on a no win no fee basis !

However, if we sued the director and won, anything we might have gained from them
would not amount to much when distributed to the loan holders.

Found this and wondered if Afferro Board were in breach.
