OMG I woke up to this news and what a surprise! This is way better than any deal I had imagined.

I see on short tracker that a lot of shorts closed out yesterday...presumably during the closing auction?

Now that the company has a clear runway and great management I can see some great consolidation over the next 12-24 months. Not to mention the fact that their main competitor is out which should see margins revert back to industry norms.

Based on my valuation models this is an absolute steal below 1.50 so I will be aimin to accumulate up to this point. No chance I am selling this below £3 as there is just too much long term value here imo.

Good evening GG, Cc2014 and kat girl

Today's rns was obviously not a significant milestone

Just fake news like you suggested
Probably not even a meeting today!

Close your shorts or heads in the sand

Have a good evening;-)

I think it's an amazing deal, they have basically charged us £17m in shares to put deal through, a fraction of what I expected,

Where are you getting £17m from?

I make it number of shares in issue x 20% i.e. 145m x 20/80 = 36.25m additional issued shares at 87p = £32m

And that's just the warrants i.e. before all the arrangement/additional financing fees.

I would be happy with 500m. My coronaries are better, for sure. Except I’m falling in love with Debbie.

I think 200p plus post dilution is a conservative target here.

The consensus view is the financial agreement announced today exceeds most people's expectations. The remaining Bears/Shorts are the nouveau Contrarians. There's bound to be a plethora of BROKER UPGRADES over the coming days/weeks with much higher TARGET PRICES! Holders will reap their rewards!!!

Hmm. Putting my sentiment head back on, this is a great deal. I've already cancelled my job interview. The road to recovery is long, only holders thinking about going long will win now.
Did I mention I'm in long?

Tomorrow will be interesting though as first opportunity for many to sell/re-short/cover shorts or buy straight. Can see an initial jump followed by reality.

Yeah pluck a figure from the air for the starting price tomorrow. A short squeeze is almost certainly on the cards. What kind of jump do you think we would see if most of the 6% close?

Lots of shorts need closing fast though... but maybe profit takers will sell cheap. I’ve taken a big risk and will hold my stock until it gets to 80% of previously stated target price (i.e. in the 200s)

Definitely a positive update. Looks like Interserve may well survive for now. The warrants are at 10p though! They may still need a cash call once the EFW issues are are resolved.
