20/3/2018 07:52 | So up or down today. The share price fluctuats like the weather at the moment. | 999rp
20/3/2018 07:36 | its all about WHEN the hedge funds close out! Its been like that for weeks - I have just added each time they attack.... They also KNOW no announcements expected this week | cfc1
20/3/2018 07:13 | Aendjo keep the faith, last couple of days have been a roller coaster but that envelope will contain good news and short term there will be no d4e or dilution. Not until at least£2 | obiwoncanary
20/3/2018 06:50 | Fenners, the investment case here was backed not only by fundamentals but also by ongoing restructuring (in construction, increased focus on £10m-sized jobs), exit of loss-making business (EfW), crisis of a major competitor, sector cycle and government acknowledging there should be reduced pressure on margins, Brexit, RMD as an almost standalone company delivering high margins that could have been sold if adverse interest rates made it difficult to service the debt. Having said that - I’m not entirely sure what’s going to be in that envelope - and it’s now getting very close to the wire. Are you guys convinced that a highly dilutive dfe swap is the only option here? | aendjo
20/3/2018 00:14 | crazy question I know - but surely as Emerald are buying debt rather than equity (at 50p in the £1) it’s reasonably safe to assume the equity is worthless, or as near as damn it? Am I right in saying mkt cap £100m but EV nearer £800m? | bumpa33
19/3/2018 23:41 | Yes at this level - but earlier I think not , when the fundamentals were getting worse. We all look at companies where the fundamentals are getting better and call it investing. But we all believe its a pretty much binary event coming. Up or down I guess none of us thinks the share price will not flinch when they announce. At least one of us thinks he's seen the name going into the envelope already but did he? | fenners66
19/3/2018 23:31 | Sharp correction due tomorrow IMO. Today was a setback caused by digital programme trading creating a domino effect of narrow stop losses being breached, leading to further automatic sells. Illogical IMV but presents a great entry point. | da vinci1

19/3/2018 22:58 | You dont have to - but before they announce this is gambling not investing | fenners66
19/3/2018 22:43 | I'm surprised I have to tell you to look up the meaning of Contrarian Investing fenners. | eodfire
19/3/2018 21:55 | You've had a good day but we all knew this share was going to be volatile until news. In fact, traders could lift this back up 20% tomorrow with no news - the opposite of what happened today. Don't forget, potential of a big short squeeze on any whiff of positive news. | eodfire
19/3/2018 21:13 | Aendjo. Quoting broker targets? Lol We can agree on the fact we hope no one losses their jobs, as for investors that is up to them. You have had your gamble and fair enough. There is a very real chance the SH will be heavily diluted - Id say 100%. Even if the arent there is no chance they will be £1 by year end. | general george
19/3/2018 20:39 | Don't panic 42p.... | blueball
