According to the CEO, the reason why d4e is off the agenda until mid 2019 was
due to the current low share price and instability of the share. The are looking for more institutional investors (currently only 35%) for less uncertainty in the share price The CEO stated a d4e currently would not stack up financially as the share price is too low - they would not raise enough equity / reduce enough debt.

Just giving you the information as I have been told it.

Finally and not wanting to spoil your day further. I have also been told that Emerald are on board long term as part of the re-financing deal.

I just spoke to someone from Emerald who came out of the meeting, he was high fiving with his driver, and he reckons it's a D4E and Emerald will double their money.

This has been verified by 3 other sources, the cleaner, the dinner lady and also a security guard.

That's it official......

So we have confirmation from various sources who attended the meeting that d4e will not happen this year yet some posters are still refusing to believe this and scaremongering.

D4e does not make any sense at this volatile stage.

Stop all the scaremongering, this is a genuine post and my reason for posting today was to reassure all those with long positions that no d4e will happen this year and that talks are going well and an announcement will now be made in April once the negotiations are complete.

I do not believe Debbie White would be making any statement showing a commitment either way on D4E to Interserve employees and certainly not providing a timeframe. It isn't in her gift or control. That's down to the banks.

I'm afraid these new posters popping up out of nowhere appear to be ramping to me. I don't dispute there probably was a meeting. I don't dispute questions may have been framed about the future of the company but market sensitive information isn't going to be discussed. Assurances will of course have been given to employees - that's normal and that's what CEO's do. And I don't dispute that Ms White may have said she is comfortable a deal will be concluded shortly. The deal may be good for employees but I'm not sure how any conclusions is drawn whether it is good or bad for shareholders.


I'd say this pattern is going to continue on and one until as many PI's have been sucked in as possible.

But just to confirm D4e not totally ruled out, just ruled out until mid 2019.

Some news isn't well received by all for various reasons - but what I have stated is true - I can confirm that with 100% certainty now.

The share price is too low for a rights issue, not for a D4E.
If they avoid a D4E I'm Lord Lucan.........

Otherwise why would they dump the debt at 50%?

SP isn't undervalued. Add the market cap to the debt.

Heard this from 3 different sources now, all who attended the meeting at Interserve Offices this morning.

All stating the same thing - CEO very very upbeat, formal announcements to come soon as well as the 2017 financials at the end of March (that were quoted as being in line with expectations).

Also informed the deal with lenders which is being finalised will be a good deal?

If administration, liquidation, rights issues and debt 4 equity are now all ruled out - and they get a fair deal from lenders - are there anymore risks / downsides to investing?

As an investor, I would be delighted if indeed this meeting actually happened and if Ms White disclosed such an upbeat and detailed update to employees. I thought she would be duty bound to inform the market first... nonetheless a number of posters on LSE who claim to have contacts inside Interserve are stating this has happened... the share price has moved up a bit but I will not be baking a cake until I read the RNS. If what they say is true - I expect the share price to move up sharply.
