Hello all,

First post so be gentle!!

Apparently the CEO responded to a question on debt reduction early and confirm there would be no equity raise (d4e or rights issue) this year.

The share price is far too low and stability is needed first.

Also confirmed that the discussions with lenders had gone well and were on plan.

It must be obviously now even to the negative posters that the share price is very undervalued. The shorters will need to close out there shorts or risk another hit when the share price rises.

Increase of circa 8% today on share price - if it rises above 15% there will be a short squeeze and the share price will fly

Nonewsgoodnews Profile created today. 3 posts today all on IRV.

ADVFN should introduce a one-off £10 subscription charge for new posters. It would soon sort all this out.

We will see who has the last GG. News is out no d4e until next year, I believe the share price will hit £2-£3.

Announcement will be made in April now as negotiations still commence. Good result.

Jaknife,

It was today - 'nonewsgoodnews' has already announced an extension to the standstill period and results are now out.

And they agreed to hold off on the D4E until the share price reaches £2.

eodfire,

IRV don't have any bonds. There is only debt, which are loans.
I don't think I would have enough capital to buy an amount worth talking to them about!!

If they did have bonds, I would be buying them at 50% of par.
They usually trade in large clips - $100,000 on the GKP for example

Banks don't usually want to hold equity and then sell in the market.
That's where opportunist's like Emerald come in, buy the distressed debt, and hope to make a profit as I described.

The bank are prob happy to recover 50% - look at CLLN, they lost a shedload on that, and won't be recovering anything near 50% !

My point is if a d4e is going to happen the banks wouldn’t have sold the debt! Banks aren’t in the business of handing over 50% for other to profit from
