Yeh it's roughly 5. Crazy low. Can't remember how much debt/pension deficit they have mind. Not that a lot of other companies don't have that and still trade on 10 * earnings. Probably fall on open lol as somebody will fund something negative. 2019 earnings to be roughly flat so this monstrous growth is slowing.

'Mickey Mouse' is a rather surprising comment from the No.1 Trader. MSCI is the world’s biggest index compiler, with roughly $12 trillion in assets benchmarked to its products. hxxps://www.thebalance.com/msci-index-what-is-it-and-what-does-it-measure-3305948

Can you imagine what the share price would have been if the Mickey Mouse MSCI index had not made their statement until Brexit outcome. With record revenue and record profits expected, a in the bag special dividend, increased final dividend. IAG would have been over 700p tomorrow.

IAG lifts dividend, issues special payout ahead of results -

IAG, owner of British Airways, has raised its final dividend and declared a special dividend payout ahead of its full-year results tomorrow. The final dividend will be 16.5 euro cents, up from 14.5 euro cents last year, for a full-year total of 31 euro cents. The special dividend, which will be 35 euro cents, will cost the company €700m.

IAG’s shares have fallen 7 per cent in the past two days, in part because the company has been removed from several of MSCI’s global equity indices after falling foul of the US index compiler’s rules on foreign ownership of shares.

The change will prompt passive investment funds tracking MSCI indices containing IAG to trade out of the stock, putting downward pressure on its price. In November 2018, IAG raised its earnings expectations for 2019-23 by more than 10 per cent, to an average of €7.2bn each year.

As part of its five-year plan, IAG will increase its capital expenditure from an average of €2.1bn each year from 2018-22, to €2.6bn for 2019-23, with most of the money going on new aircraft.

Watch the last 30 minutes I bet traders come in for the figures in the morning.

I think 615p-620p my forecast all being well with the figures, shares fallen 10% in two days, seem harsh.
