30/11/2011 15:31 | Any shareholders here fancy coming along to a presentation by the company tomorrow ? About sixty private investors attending and the pre meeting with RH starts at 4.15pm | davidosh
30/11/2011 13:51 | I see the Nigerian nat ID card has run into a storm. Chams plc- local outfit looks like its in hot water along with its alliance for skulldugary. The whole project is up in the air now- thye need proffessionals! time for IGP and co to step in. | pyman
29/11/2011 13:21 | Yes and of course the really stupid thing is that they just introduced an LTIP which motivates the executive directors based on eps when they should be investing for the future - how daft can you get? This is no way to run a technology company at this stage in its development. | roger-lawson
29/11/2011 11:51 | I've been steadily accumulating for the last 18 months, but this is my first post on this excellent threat (many congratulations and thanks to WJCC and the other main contributors). I see IGP differently from CB: IMO it's currently a lovely opportunity for patient investors. Given IGP's technical skills and market-leading position, a rational business owner would surely want them to invest in OTA technology. They've done this and reported technical success, yet the market has reacted (so far as you can ever tell why SPs move) by marking the share price down by over a quarter because the R&D spend is depressing the current year's EPS, which looks like an exploitable valuation anomaly. | somerset lad
29/11/2011 09:57 | iicb - you probably right re flat. Illiquid stock is right! surprises are great on the upside but equally scary on the down. Its a slow game here but the business is a good one and in time there will be the upside. It may well be rather sudden as you say. | pyman
28/11/2011 20:01 | Problem is, there aren't the buyers in the market currently for any stock really, so unless these results are impressive, which I doubt having followed IGP for 4+ years now, then add in all the recent items about the share options and really I suspect it'll stay flat. It's so illiquid anyhow. I hope it goes up 20p for you, but somehow, I doubt it. Good luck though all, I watch with interest. I don't hold anymore as this just doesn't do enough for my liking. You're waiting for a single moment in time one feels, apart from that, might as well ignore this stock. It's a bit like GWP I think, market totally different however. Like watching paint dry. iiCB | iicb
28/11/2011 09:48 | yeah - nice to see Active ID being successfully competed against. Chart looking good now.I hope results bring some christmas cheer as its been a dull old time here. | pyman
27/11/2011 19:18 | Results this week. As said above, I'm expecting something close to breakeven as the headcount is up 20% while the license rollouts will take time to catch up. I'd expect revenues to be lower as H1 last year was boosted by the $2mm Boeing upfront fee and the NHS buying a large number of licenses. However, I would hope to see a good rise in recurring maintenance income as earlier contracts get up to speed. H2 however should be much better than last year given the $1mm country win and the fact that Lockheed is finally beginning to roll out their PIV cards. Also, the partnership with HP is actually a big thing since HP/EDS were the last of the big integrators who dealt only with Actividentity (DoD card/GSA PIV service) so getting into bed with them is a big plus for the future. All imho of course. | wjccghcc
22/11/2011 16:07 | Don't think anyone's expecting lots of profit - I'll be pleased if H1 is around breakeven. They've increased the headcount by 20% to cope with all the bid/R&D requests they've had but it will take time for the contracts to come through - the recent $1mm win will be in H2. Having said that there should be a useful increase in recurring revenues from the contracts won last year that are now being rolled out, and with net cash in excess of 6mm, they're very well positioned as leader in a market that can only accelerate IMHO. | wjccghcc
22/11/2011 15:32 | lets hope its all great news. Forward looking statments are worth nout in this market. Contracts and cashflow and lots of profit required! | pyman
22/11/2011 11:40 | 29th Novermber last year. | awilson

18/11/2011 14:36 | I think the markets generally put quite a bit of cash under its mattress and padlocked the door where small stocks are concerned. | yump
16/11/2011 13:34 | TWIC - over 2m cards issued according to MR P. Di we ever get a figure on the revenue per card post the 1. 2m issued figure? market cares little for HP deal eh? all eyes on europe perhaps? | pyman
15/11/2011 09:30 | HP, microsoft, blackberry... all looking very good. It is very quiet here eh? | pyman
14/11/2011 11:05 | Following the partners is going to be interesting. As IGP doesn't exactly have a lot of active posters on bb's, there's a fair chance that finding those deals gives a bit of an edge in assessing IGP, before (if ?) every man and his dog suddenly get excited about the company. | yump
09/11/2011 18:50 | Just to note that Intercede will be presenting at our Mello Central event on Thursday 1st December and I have requested a meeting beforehand with Royston Hoggarth to discuss the option awards so that one will start at about 4.15pm and will be just for shareholders. There will be about 70 investors at the later event which starts at 5.15pm so we get an hour head start... All at the FinnCap HQ in London (60 New Broad Street near Liverpool St station) | davidosh
08/11/2011 15:17 | fft From my experience, a loud exhaust and furry dice in the same car, would lose a lot of credibility. ;-) | yump
08/11/2011 14:02 | Good question! I dont know. | pyman
08/11/2011 12:49 | Any ideas why our boys didn't make it to the finals in their own right? | julianc35
08/11/2011 12:43 | haha, or a self destruct function in the event of theft. gives food for thought - having had a couple stolen over the years! | pyman |
