I agree barnsey that IGP could become massive in the future.

What I can't understand is (when you consider all the people enagaged in the security card market), why only a handful of investors have discovered IGP. It seems very strange to me that IGP is not riding high on all the hype, speculation, etc that you get with new technology stocks. As far as I'm concerned, IGP looks like a no-brainer. But why haven't other people picked up on it?

Is IGP REALLY a hidden gem? Very strange ...

There are times when boredom lack of movement gets to me, but no way would i
consider selling, when you start to dig a little you soon realise how massive
IGP could become in the future.

Butler said the business processes must become the standard for agencies in time for the General Services Administration's Managed Service Office contractor to begin working with 42 customer agencies to issue cards. GSA is expected to make the award to a new contractor by May. Another HSPD-12 shared service provider, the Interior Department, also will benefit from this standard because it also has more than 20 customer agencies, Butler said.

Last bit of information i heard carly2, an annoucement would be out, before the start of may, so it could be anyday now.

Im expecting a positive result.

should be a big ramp up in numbers for 2007/08 results. with these twic, hspd-12 added.
I expect a share price around £1.60 to £2. this time next year.

THE real id project will start may 2008, so its worth hanging around while yet.

with the other usa projects, hspd-12, twic, and possible, border cards and
commonwealth state cards, uk national id, and other projects, it doesn,t take much working out, this is going to fly.

I think jailbird means, with the oracle deal, igp will be able to issue high amounts of id cards, which will work well, if they have to issue 280 million (in the real id project)or uk national id card etc.

We are extremely pleased to announce support for Oracle 10g. This additional database support further increases MyID's flexibility and scalability." said Richard Parris, Chairman & Chief Executive of Intercede. "MyID is now fully capable of being deployed in high and very high volume environments such as business-to-consumer and national ID card projects."

What are you on about jailbird? Is there some ORCL news out of interest to IGP?

There is more and more a case, of igp being involved, with the usa driving licence up-grades.

Remember at least 280 million amercians, are going to up-grade their driving licences, in the medium term.

It seems the real id project, is going down the same path, as the hspd-12, twic, projects.
which should be great for igp holders.

Ignoring the fact that this is part of a North American ID card which matches up just so nicely with the new American drivers licences under the Real ID act. Ignoring all of these things there is another major problem. The database.

The new ID cards come with a gigantic database that keeps track of all your personal information and biometric data.

NICE ARTICLE, which shows the growth in this market.

At least 10 major U.S. government initiatives will generate more than $8 billion in business over the next five years, with overseas projects generating another $14 billion, Grant said.

U.S. projects include issuing biometric cards to all 2 million federal workers as well as to federal contractors, and giving travelers "smart cards" to speed through airport security

just updated, the header.

Makes me realise, the growth over the next few years, for a company with such a small cap.

I expect a big ramp up in numbers for year 2007/08 with all these hspd-12, twic, kicking in.

Looks like sub-55p is getting mighty close now, and that with TWIC thrown in too. Should I get greedy and wait for 50p? Hmmm! :0)

As we drift in end of tax year profit taking, here's some more info from FCW on the TWIC program. 850,000 workers are supposed to have a card by Sep 08.

"Port and maritime workers will pay slightly less than initially predicted for their Transportation Worker Identification Credentials.

According to a notice published Tuesday in the Federal Register, a new card will cost $137, two dollars less than TSA had indicated in January. The final price includes a $43 enrollment fee, a $72 production and security threat assessment, and a $22 FBI fee.

Workers who have already undergone comparable background checks will pay only $105 for their cards, saving $10 on the security threat assessment and the full $22 FBI fee.

The TWIC program will require 850,000 port and maritime workers to carry a secure smart card containing biometric data and other personal information.

Although the final costs are lower than projected at the beginning of the year, the fees still are nearly $10 higher than TSA predicted in May 2006."

TO be honest ram, i,d rather them have the agm, at there leicestershire HQ, rather than waste funds in hiring out a expensive hotel, in london.

But it would be better, if they had it alittle later than 9am, which they had last year.

a little while ago i suggested to them that they hold the agm at a time more suitable for shareholders who had to travel to be able to attend, or at a more centralised venue. I'll be disappointed if they don't.

PROBABLY looks like the hspd-12 40 usa government agencies annoucement some time in april, if you go by this.

Me myself don,t want the management to worry about the share price, i just want them just to get on with there job.

I also think, they are doing a fantastic job, and i expect igp to have a very bright future, with this good management team. (ps thats got to be worth a beer mr parris LOL)

ps is anyone looking to go to the agm, sometime in june.
