Ahhhh, another seasoned investor joins this humble BB. Word is spreading that something is brewing here. But what's the fuss about? It's a £13m minnow that is only, ONLY, in negotiations on 10 new projects.

And as for the KBC suggesting this may be a take-over target with a larger industry participant looking to consolidate. I hope they have some evidence to support their view.

Agreed. It's unheard of that MM's so consistently move the price upward on such low volume. They are certainly trying to provoke some poor mug to sell too soon, so they can accumulate some stock.

My broker is still offering only 1000 to buy or 15000 to sell. That says it all.

Crikey, so many posts with so little news :o))

Good to see this lttle gem finally attracting some attention. The price action either indicates something going on in the background or just not much stock around after all this attention. Either way is good!

this company could be a takeover target imho sooner or later depending on the 10 contract deals

Up again today???? Is news coming about UK ID cards this week perhaps??

Could see some action here if there is as the company have already said they had been awarded a contract by the UK government in the trading statement... Could get an update with that????

Watch this space!!!

got to say i agree with other posters, something is definitely going on here.

this is not normal market behaviour, absolute minimal trades and it keeps going up.

Imagine if there was volume this would go absolutely ballistic.

Guys I ask you this simple question. With what we know, the managment, the cash position the contracts in place, the new product just released, the partnerships and OEM agreements in place, if Intercede Group was to float tomorrow, what value would you put on the company?

My guess is you would not see it come to the market with less than a £20-£25m mkt cap. We currently stand at circ £13m. The company is very likely to make profits next financial year and the growth over two years could potentially see them make £1m+ profits, possible a great deal more if the company get the german health card deal with gemalto which starts in 2009 and the UK ID card which has by all accounts already started.

The placing last year hit the company hard and the market wide downturn dropped many AIM companies so to see IGP where it is can be no surprise. We are on the way back up and hopefully should be at a realistic company valuation by mid Summer.

terry is here as he is angry I sold out of a stock, he is still in, to buy into IGP. I am trying to persuade him to profit with us but he is being a little stubborn.

Howdy,

It does not take much to read up on this company, very good website.

The KBC Peel Hunt note is very bullish imho, indeed, if with the way the world, let alone the US is heading the niche market occupied by IGP is a market with potentially huge gains to be made for IGP both company wise and share price wise.

I am sure from my experience in pouring over companies that there is something behind the scenes going on, either a very huge buy order or something else.

the on line limits give away a lot.

according to part of the KBC PEEL note issued in Feb 2008: -

"It should be noted that President Bush's record breaking £13 TRILLION budget involved an 11% increase in homeland security expenditure, a niche where IGP sits comfortably with its involvement in many Federal Agency secure ID rollouts..."

interesting...£13 TRILLION!!!

WITH a cap of only 13 million, and so many projects in the pipeline, i wouldn,t be surprised, throb.

This company is a pure bargain at this level.

exactly the point i was trying to make. why the limits? is something going on under the surface that we are unaware of?

i've been around long enough to have seen this before... for some reason MM's wont sell stock cos they know potentially that something within the company is going on.

Could be a new investor bidding for huge stock, or potentially someone wanting to take over? making expressing an interest? maybe MM's not having stock....but something is imho afoot.

Experience tells me this is going to blow, maybe not today or tomorrow but it will blow.
