01/5/2008 12:24 | Ahhhh, another seasoned investor joins this humble BB. Word is spreading that something is brewing here. But what's the fuss about? It's a £13m minnow that is only, ONLY, in negotiations on 10 new projects. And as for the KBC suggesting this may be a take-over target with a larger industry participant looking to consolidate. I hope they have some evidence to support their view. | ![]() howdy do da
01/5/2008 12:14 | Rivaldo Are you in these too? heartening if you are, you do spot a gem | sa0705
01/5/2008 12:13 | Agreed. It's unheard of that MM's so consistently move the price upward on such low volume. They are certainly trying to provoke some poor mug to sell too soon, so they can accumulate some stock. My broker is still offering only 1000 to buy or 15000 to sell. That says it all. | ![]() howdy do da
01/5/2008 12:08 | Crikey, so many posts with so little news :o)) Good to see this lttle gem finally attracting some attention. The price action either indicates something going on in the background or just not much stock around after all this attention. Either way is good! | ![]() rivaldo
01/5/2008 11:56 | this company could be a takeover target imho sooner or later depending on the 10 contract deals | sa0705
01/5/2008 11:55 | Up again today???? Is news coming about UK ID cards this week perhaps?? Could see some action here if there is as the company have already said they had been awarded a contract by the UK government in the trading statement... Could get an update with that???? Watch this space!!! | ![]() 237gmoney
01/5/2008 11:54 | got to say i agree with other posters, something is definitely going on here. this is not normal market behaviour, absolute minimal trades and it keeps going up. Imagine if there was volume this would go absolutely ballistic. | sa0705
01/5/2008 11:53 | Steadily up on pitiful volume. What a gem. | ![]() howdy do da
01/5/2008 09:13 | Guys I ask you this simple question. With what we know, the managment, the cash position the contracts in place, the new product just released, the partnerships and OEM agreements in place, if Intercede Group was to float tomorrow, what value would you put on the company? My guess is you would not see it come to the market with less than a £20-£25m mkt cap. We currently stand at circ £13m. The company is very likely to make profits next financial year and the growth over two years could potentially see them make £1m+ profits, possible a great deal more if the company get the german health card deal with gemalto which starts in 2009 and the UK ID card which has by all accounts already started. The placing last year hit the company hard and the market wide downturn dropped many AIM companies so to see IGP where it is can be no surprise. We are on the way back up and hopefully should be at a realistic company valuation by mid Summer. | ![]() 237gmoney
01/5/2008 07:57 | ANYWAY it looks like ghana want a similar NHS card to the one in the uk, which igp are involved with, think i,ll pop ian an email. This is a huge market i expect igp to be involved with. ( health cards worldwide.) | ![]() igoe104
01/5/2008 07:27 | He will go away or buy in soon enough. Hopefully the latter. | ![]() howdy do da
01/5/2008 07:25 | YEP its time to filter old terry, his silly games are boring me. does anyone care what terry thinks anyway ? Lets put his comments to rest. | ![]() igoe104
01/5/2008 07:08 | howdy, if u gonna recommend this stock, give the run down properly and make sure he has some marbles and willing to do some research. If he reads through the thread, he will get all the info he needs. He is beginning to get on my wick. | ![]() jailbird
01/5/2008 05:42 | terry is here as he is angry I sold out of a stock, he is still in, to buy into IGP. I am trying to persuade him to profit with us but he is being a little stubborn. | ![]() howdy do da
01/5/2008 00:05 | i agree terry, small fry like the US Department of Defence are hardly worth bothering with! | ![]() rambutan2
30/4/2008 23:23 | guys they will never make any money out of government contracts and their systems probably arent on a big enough scale. also governments normally build custom systems.... | ![]() terrytibbz
30/4/2008 23:10 | i have looked and its meaningless, there is no clear details, i have no idea what the comany does or what its product is. | ![]() terrytibbz
30/4/2008 22:46 | Terry May be worth you reading the website mate. www.intercede.com it's all on there apparently. Don't be so lazy. | sa0705
30/4/2008 22:45 | can any of you explain what the product actually does thats not copyable, how long they have been pitching it for and whether they have any revenue from meaningful licences? | ![]() terrytibbz
30/4/2008 22:17 | Howdy, It does not take much to read up on this company, very good website. The KBC Peel Hunt note is very bullish imho, indeed, if with the way the world, let alone the US is heading the niche market occupied by IGP is a market with potentially huge gains to be made for IGP both company wise and share price wise. I am sure from my experience in pouring over companies that there is something behind the scenes going on, either a very huge buy order or something else. the on line limits give away a lot. | throd
30/4/2008 19:59 | Igoe according to part of the KBC PEEL note issued in Feb 2008: - "It should be noted that President Bush's record breaking £13 TRILLION budget involved an 11% increase in homeland security expenditure, a niche where IGP sits comfortably with its involvement in many Federal Agency secure ID rollouts..." interesting...£13 TRILLION!!! | sa0705
30/4/2008 19:54 | WITH a cap of only 13 million, and so many projects in the pipeline, i wouldn,t be surprised, throb. This company is a pure bargain at this level. | ![]() igoe104
30/4/2008 19:39 | igoe exactly the point i was trying to make. why the limits? is something going on under the surface that we are unaware of? i've been around long enough to have seen this before... for some reason MM's wont sell stock cos they know potentially that something within the company is going on. Could be a new investor bidding for huge stock, or potentially someone wanting to take over? making expressing an interest? maybe MM's not having stock....but something is imho afoot. Experience tells me this is going to blow, maybe not today or tomorrow but it will blow. | throd |
