What do McDonald’s and Janet Yellen have in common? They’ve both recently announced the end of a 30-year experiment in globalisation. McDonald’s did so by saying it was selling its Russian burger business, but Yellen got there first. In an under-reported speech in April the US treasury secretary argued for “friend-shoring” supply chains to “extend market access [and] lower the risks to our economy”.

For investors and compliance people, ESG – for environmental, social and governance principles – is the great umbrella acronym that aims to measure businesses by the good they do rather than the money they make, but all too often ends up only causing confusion. No matter. It’s now being weaponised to serve the most pragmatic of masters: politicians pursuing emergency energy and security policies.

Shrewd,

Over the weekend, RB and Steve gave me some excellent editorial feedback. They gave me valuable insights into INSG's advantages over well-established players who have been utilising AI for much longer than I had anticipated. I believe that INSG is going to exceed expectations and surprise many people. Even more exciting is that it seems to be under the radar now. There's hardly any discussion outside this forum, but that will change shortly.

PJ,

Sounds like multiple inflexion points to me.

Carval must be very close to launching at which point we will know the scale of the funds.

Fca deal is active. I’ve no idea how to gauge the impact of that tbh.

I believe once carval launch and show their teeth others will follow.

The credibility from fca carval etc will be seriously acknowledged at some point as the benchmark performance criteria to even get to there boardrooms is ultimately high.

Maybe a little patience as holders is all we need.

The proposed new ESG auditing application alone could be very lucrative indeed.

Wouldn’t be a surprise if US based AI stocks are gaining 0.4% per day. They are probably bargain hunting the UK equivalents. Not to mention INSG offering is very likely a superior product.
