Don’t take me word for it look at OPTI and SBTX and you will see how much he led those foolish enough to believe his tripe that it cost them big time.

JJ,

I have been attempting to investigate the use AI use to monitor corporate ESG greenwashing on the London and NY exchanges. There appear to be a lot of Companies and organisations are also working in this area, and the use of AI for ESG monitoring and analysis will likely become more widespread. However, I have not found one that does what Insig does. Moreover, no matter which Companies below claim, Insig has the gig, they do not. These are supposed to be the cream.

Obviously, Insig has something unique, hence the partnership with the FCA. A more important question in time will be, what price will Insig be bought?

Quick sample.

Datamaran - is a software company that uses AI to help companies monitor and manage ESG risks. Their platform can be used to analyze corporate disclosures and other public data to identify greenwashing and other ESG risks.

Truvalue Labs - is a company that uses AI to analyze corporate ESG data and identify potential risks and opportunities. Their platform can be used to monitor companies listed on the London and NY exchanges and to identify greenwashing and other ESG-related issues.

RepRisk - is a company that uses AI to analyze ESG risks for companies and investment portfolios. Their platform can monitor companies listed on the London and NY exchanges and identify instances of greenwashing and other ESG-related risks.

Sustainalytics is a ESG research and ratings provider. They offer research and data-driven insights to help investors and businesses make more informed decisions related to sustainability and socially responsible investments.

Trucost - is a global provider of environmental data and analysis and is part of S&P Global. Their services include environmental risk analysis, carbon footprinting, and natural capital accounting.

Vigeo Eiris - is a global provider of ESG research and ratings. They offer research, analysis, and tools to help investors and businesses evaluate the sustainability of their investments and operations.

FCA link is critical. They are currently shaping the regulations and as a key collaborator Insig technology will advance and evolve in full alignment with them. A better kite mark you won't find. Should help them to kick open a lot of doors.

Church harbour

Couldn’t agree more.

I’ve listened to the preso a couple of times and you can hear the frustration of RB about decision making within the funds.

They seem to love what we have but skirt around it.

This fca tie up is worth far more than any fees. If fca are using our tech to judge the funds then surely the funds will be queuing up to use it?

And let’s not forget there are 13 other jurisdictions involved.

Have a funny feeling and that’s all it is but gut says we could end up with a lot of buses turning up at once.

If Insg actually has the most sophisticated research tool that enhances performance and this can be demonstrated to fund managers - then there should indeed be a lucrative future - it should become a question of time

ChatGPT is a black box audit wise, also reporting here could well suffer selection bias i.e only random +ve results get reported, still it's interesting. I was wondering if INSG could link or leverage ChatGPT to its own performance enhancing S/w, details of which tend to be kept under wraps.

Another quote from the FT article

"

The big question is how bad of an idea using ChatGPT for investing research currently would be,” Ostler said.

“Big funds have increasingly been using AI for years, but the public using a rudimentary AI platform that openly says its data is patchy since September 2021 and lacks the intricacies of market psychology doesn’t sound like a good idea.”

Extract from FT article today

ChatGPT ‘portfolio’ outperforms leading UK funds

"Analysts at the personal finance comparison site asked ChatGPT to create a theoretical fund of more than 30 stocks, following a range of investing principles taken from leading funds.

In the eight weeks since its creation, the portfolio of 38 stocks has risen 4.9 per cent, compared with an average loss of 0.8 per cent for the 10 most popular funds on UK platform Interactive Investor, a list including Terry Smith’s Fundsmith Equity as well as a range of UK, US and global funds from Vanguard, Fidelity and HSBC, according to finder.com."

Apparently the chart above is in an up-trend!!! Hence my exit from the original thread over populated by a poster who clearly has an overweight and underwater long position.

Currently a POS stock with a near 2 year history of Directors failing to meet their own set expectations.

That’s rubbish
Not everybody can attend agm’s
Be it where they live, work commitments, family commitments or health reasons
The forums are for voicing concerns and for singing praises
Other than RB I see no share buying support from the management team or the bod
Colm McVeigh hasn’t even got 30k shares which is a pathetically small amount for a CEO of an AIM listed PLC
In my humble opinion

PJ.In my view you have absolutely no credibility. You never attended the Agm where you could have questioned the directors with your concerns.Instead you hide behind a keyboard churning out your negativity.Don’;t bother replying as I have you on filter.Perhaps we will see you at the next Agm but I very much doubt it!
