Rb took hurricanes board on and won and it went from 1p to 12p.

Would you bet against him getting things right here?

Aim investors always go on about management not buying in. Here they moan that they have bought in.

Try reading previous RNSs. Once you've digested them, you will have a better understanding how the company is funded, and who by. Then give your head a wobble.

The only substantial thing on the way here will be a placing IMO. Classic pump tactics today.

Today's news, whilst pleasingly topical, is just prepping the ground for something more substantial I would speculate.

There are probably only about 3 people left in the country who don't know what ChatGPT is after all the publicity it has had recently, but I doubt if any of them read this thread.

Still, it might be a good time to buy INSG regardless.

We are always in a learning curve, and one thing I have learned from being invested in AI so far is NEVER to believe what anyone with an accent from over the pond tells you!!

Would imagine the contracts announced late last year (some due for completion end of this month) are largely paid in arrears. Plus they had a fairly large R&D payment due, so presumably these revenues, the balance of the drawdown and attendant cost reductions will be sufficient. From December interims:Last month, the Company announced that the Board believed that no further working capital would be required to support the operations of the business in the short and medium term, as the business is expected to become cash flow positive from Q2 2023. The Board remains of that view based on the combination of committed revenues, the sales pipeline and more recent prospects.

I make it only £100k left to draw down
I wonder what they will do for cash over the coming weeks/months?

It seems logical to expect some news flow on this fairly soon. They project to go cash positive Q2 so unless they have other contracts coming through and deliverable imminently, that forecast presumably includes the beginning of at least some partnership revenues from CarVal.Perhaps also useful to note the text below from the RNS of 25th Feb last year. The scoring tools mentioned in this release were delivered on 28th April as per a separate RNS.The Agreement entitles Insig AI to fees based on CarVal's assets under management raised in connection with the HY and/or IG focused investment pools, which are anticipated to commence within six to twelve months of the completion of the scoring tools and accrue over the life of such investment pools. These fees are anticipated to provide Insig AI with a substantial, long term and growing revenue stream.

What makes you think news will drop in a few weeks Banshee?

Last year they gave a trading and operations update on the 23rd March (we were told ''I believe that the enhanced focus on business development and sales execution will deliver a rapid acceleration in this area in the coming 12 months and beyond'') so is it fair to expect the same update this year? I would have though they would have to by then at least with the assurance we will be cash flow positive in the following quarter to that.

If they do not update then the market will no doubt assume it's still not happening. It's imperative IMO that they start, and evidence, that they are doing what they said they will do.

edit- I believe February and March are crucial periods news flow wise.

Looks like a couple of sizeable buys yesterday in this (non money making) Fraud/Ponzi/Pump and Dump* (*select according to personal paranioa preference, of course there might just be a stock overhang in the mix too somewhere).

Presumably won't be long now - a few weeks ? - until we see concrete progress on the launch of Carval's fund, though this will be in advance of the $$ actually arrivbng.

That contract is so lucrative it would be suprising if that news did not move tthe share price significantly, and they have shown before they have the ability to get stories in the press on much less important news.
