I would sooner not refer to anybody as a moron and rather hope that the purpose of a board like this would be for constructive and amicable discussion. Presumably for the most part those of us who do pass occasional comment here share a common interest after all.As to the releases, the lack of real meat on the bone at times has been frustrating and certainly not helpful in attracting coverage and broader retail interest. However, my sense is that they are somewhat hamstrung by confidentiality in this regard.Acquisition - I like it myself, seems complimentary in all aspects. If they have to pay £10m in due course then great, targets met and with a fair data/esg/ai wind behind them exceeded.I look forward to see how it develops.

Pj.Acquisitions do not necessarily cause a reduction in eps.Do you not agree?

I agree. But most do

Unlike myself who responded promptly, you didn't answer my question but deflected it.

For the 3rd time, Was there anything incorrect in my post 495 for you to take umbridge?

Noujay, thank you for the response

If you look back through the thread you will see myself, and a couple of other posters have commented on the lack of worthwhile detail to Pi's in the RNS's to date. Remember well it is not the number of RNS's produced that is valuable, but the detail they hold that is valuable.

I can assure you this has been challenged directly with the Company.

However, you need to judge if I am indeed an honest poster, or a moron. Maybe you will side with @itinvestor?

That choice is yours alone and all those who tick up posts supporting the echo chamber theology.

No offence intended - I simply assumed it as you asked a series of questions which would seem likely best answered by the protagonists themselves!

So

@itinvestor- what was incorrect in my post 495 for you to question my validity?

@Noujay- Why do you assume I have not ''reached out'' to the Company?

Appreciate the share price action not been ideal these last months - for any of us! Personally I think it's shaping up well and the value will out over the coming months. No doubt the wheels are turning..Perhaps you should reach out to the company and shoot over your list of concerns directly, see what comes back. ATB

Bit touchy aren't we? Not quite the echo chamber you wanted? My position is none of your business! Do you not like debate?

ps. where is Chessman2 who instigated the BB, he/she hasn't posted for ages.

Just need the wider investment community to hear about Insig as there can’t be many potential investors who do know of them

Its very easy JJ? RNS's that investors can calculate and predict adds (net) profit, and forecasts out in the market. The hard work then should be for the Directors to prove they do what they say. The RNS's so far have generated nil interest and nil comments on social media.

I wonder if INSG are measuring that with their own technology? 🤣🤣🤣

Other than that (not INSG specific) I would comment I have an aversion to a buy and build strategy as the dilution (or increasing debt)usually negates any eps increase, and the accounts get that complicated no-one can understand them. Plus, why don't Directors focus solely on the original plan they had? Many unscrupulous Directors use acquisitions as a smoke screen for a failing original strategy.

I also know some web sites search avidly for any unannounced conflicts of interest, so I hope there is no previous history between any of the Directors involved here.

Just to let shareholders and prospective investors know that Engage XR plc, Cerillion plc, Poolbeg Pharma plc and Insig AI plc will be presenting at the Mello webinar event on Monday 22nd November at 6:00pm-9:30pm. There will be over 500 investors attending and these are very popular shows with company presentations, fund manager and investor interviews, and panel sessions.
Tickets are still available and if you would like one at half price then enter the code MMTADVFN50.

It is no coincidence that Colm Mcveigh was appointed as Commercial Officer and the company completes it’s first acquisition.I see a combination of organic and acquisitive growth driving Insig forward.I am expecting a cash flow positive situation from Q3 next year.

Intersting acquistion, exactly the kind they should be making imo. It is good to see there are people who still believe someone is going to sell you a rapidly expanding tech company in this area for a low multiple of the backward looking p/e. I suspect these people might struggle in a little Silicon Valley.

There are many synergestic and client based reasons for making an aquisition of this type beyond an immediate focus on the bottom line. It has been said before, but that short term obsession and lack of vision clearly defines why the City is so much less successful in building cutting tech companies than the US.

So the MD of FDB seems a bit of a whiz - Oxford 1st - worked previously for Fidelity. I'm wondering if FDB's revenue projections are based on contracted work as they are paying top dollar for a company. Even if they miss all future targets its still £4m now for a company with £120k revenue. It does seem a very defensive move but perhaps Insig did it to stop a third party getting access.

Considering a lot of ppl in the City must know about this Company (based on who set them up and the deals they have with fund managers) there is very little insider trading right now - which perhaps is the clearest sign that the City isn't convinced about the LT story.

Still, if they start getting traction and revenues start accelerating perhaps we will have a Audioboom type recovery.

The main benefit of the acquisition is the number of months it will potential shorten the consultancy period before the company is in a position to sell licenses. A good move I would suggest.

Nothing will surprise me here. I would assume a black out period has now ended too. Plenty of capacity now, plenty of clients knocking at the door. As you sold Faz some time ago you'll doubtless be in something more exciting now. Pray tell

I saw the figures. Im not imrpessed by the deal which looks like a deal between mates in a closed shop. I was patient throughout the suspension but have been surprised at the lack of sales since, but looking to get back in when I see a bit of traction and urgency. I've sold some of my RENX for the same reason. Happy to be proved wrong over time.
