I have fond memories of Opti since I bought 600k or so at about 8.5p when it was first floated, (sold years ago). No meaningful comparison with INSG though. INSG deal in contracts that allow likely revenues flows to be calculated. Opti do not and are dependent on sales of products based around a novel field both hugely complex and poorly understood (the microbiome) as well as on small uncontrolled trials with limited credibility. Plus investors, including fund managers, happily swallowed the idea the microbiome was much better understood than it was in reality (see for example DDDD).

Meanwhile INSG are making something of a rod for their own backs imo, signalling over optimistic contract lead times and then predictably not delivering to that schedule

The low volume argument is irrelevant on highly illiquid stocks such as this.

It seems to me the seller has no-one to sell to!!

OPTI has had a torrid 3 years, issuing reams of RNS's with no useful information for Investors to use to attempt to value the Co. Yesterday at long last they actually issued an RNS that can be used by Investors.

Lets hope this BoD have seen the error in their own RNS's and we get some useful information in them going forward and that captures the imagination of the Market.

Still has huge potential but it needs some of this famous news they keep saying is coming, though TBF, apart from yesterday, the re-decline has been on trivial volume against a tricky market background.

No. It's been mentioned before. However its important blue sky companies perform to the original plan, to prove proof of concept, before diverging IMO.

I believe the insurance Industry was cited as another potential user in the Mello presentation, first time I think this has been mentioned. Plus a lot more newsflow coming.

A reminder of who Insig have acquired..
FDB systems was founded in 2019 to provide data and data solutions to hedge funds, asset managers and private market investors.

Since then our client base has grown to include some of the most sophisticated investors in the world across a range of different strategies, and with combined AUM in the 100s of billions.

I believe Nicos main gripe has been answered. Steve offered a plausible answer as to why the chairman left. All that remains is a replacement. It's a question of appointing the right candidate however long it takes.

nico. I see INSG are presenting at Mello. The presentation itself probably will not be any different from what we have seen recently but the key indicator I will be looking for are the questions that are asked later. I know many of the longer term followers of Mello can ask very searching questions if anything attracts the eye, or raises any suspicions, as they have a very wide base of knowledge, career and investing experience

Maybe you could raise your, and others, concerns directly with the Company if you attend, or via follow up channels, after the presentation?

I would very much look forward to your (and other posters) feedback if you did so.

Would be nice to see a few contract wins.

That would probably light the blue touchpaper.

A wee extra touch for me. Let's all calm down to hysterical. The best appointment made so far is Colm. The conversion rate should reflect his CV. A deal man who delivers.

Excellent to see the chairman buying a few more shares especially as he can probably see the future of Insig better than us ordinary holders!

PJ1, I'm still here with a large holding and am confident that in due course we will see some interesting action.

Patience is required as I'm quietly confident that during the next few months the new business figures will look after us shareholders.

I'm quite busy thus cannot post as often as others on this board. Good luck with your investments.
