If they are actively "reviewing acquisitons" the share price fall may be related to that. i.e seller with priviliged info is assured of being able to buy back in at a lower price via some kind of fundraising, in which case it may be significant that the seller doesn't seem to be pushing the price down now, just supplying buyers.

Pure speculation of course and raising at a lower level than the float would be rather less than ideal. It would also explain such things as a lack of institutional interst despite glowing oulook.

Parsnip.I seem to recall that you are holding 3% of the company.Unfortunately I couldn’t make the meeting so thank you for your report.I believe that Sachin was over this week from the US.Did he attend the Agm and if so did you manage to speak with him regarding future prospects?

Bernstein was on good form and clearly the propellant it needs to move to the next stage. Cracknell and team the epitome of highly articulate bright technical guys. A great team forming

Nothing was raised but he was always the guy who ran schools/football activities. Incongruous with what the company offers today and tomorrow

Thanks Parsnip. Sounds very good. Any insight on the departure of the old chairman?

Good AGM. I attended. Hugely promising outlook and ventures into new sectors. 15 "blue chip" meetings in next two weeks. I've just added some. Acquisitions being reviewed. Very relaxed here in the City

By the time some can see the light it may be too late.

We’re in good company and the key players have plenty of their own skin in the game.

RB has stated he’s been adding - just ask yourself why when he’s probably got a better fell for things than most?!

Nothing like a stock overhang and/or distress seller to bring out the compulsive emoters ("but they must know something!!!"). It happened repeatedly on AGL even when the cause of the overhang was known to be the distressed fund manager Jupiter whose problems were well documented, and whose selling drove the the price down to 40p (Now 120p+ Thank you Jupiter for the gift).

In this case the company has stated very explicitly what their revised strategy is in the recent results, though the change was flagged before then, not least by the NEC's purchase of 600k shares in the market post float. It is a bit of a tilt towards medium longer term, as they say, at the expense of some short term opportunities, in return for the prospects of much greater rewards. If you don't believe they are capable of achieving this you should not be holding the stock. If they do the multibagger status should be assured over the next year or so.

IMO the ESG stuff is essential in the current climate, but can also be viewed as trojan horse to assist them in getting their smart strategy/performance enhancing software adopted faster in profit share situations.

It would of course be nice to know who the seller is and what is thir motivation and why the old chairman left, but in practice if the seller has no declarable stake and the board is discreet this information may well not be forthcoming. That is usually the way these things go.

Certainly the lack of visibility is unhelpful but it will surely arrive soon enough. I do agree with your comments on volumes. However, having liked the original investment thesis at 67p when it relisted, reading the last update again there is much more to like. So, either it was mispriced at 67p in the first place (which is unknown given lack of clarity on forecast revenues etc) or it is likely to experience a rerating once the scope of the revenue becomes clear. From the update:"As a result of significant investment, we are now able to take an active partnership approach with clients and in so doing, are able to effectively bolt our AI engine onto their business and help them accelerate the development of new investment strategies, without them having to hire or build this technology in-house.This approach has now opened an entirely new and significant recurring revenue stream for the business: the potential to earn a share of both management and performance fees for assets under management. This is in addition to our product licence fee strategy. Combined and if realised, these opportunities far exceed the Board's revenue and profit expectations at the time of the reverse takeover."

Low volume is never a safe haven. Lots of stocks have fallen on low volume for months, before a disappointing RNS lands.

Sometimes the volume is low because the seller has no-one to sell to!!!!!

Note well no-one ever say its risen on low volume!!!

Whilst repeating myself I also question why The CEO (Company) cannot RNS or communicate what management expectations are, from the RTO, and what time frame medium and long term are. Director speak rarely matches PI expectations!! It pays to be cautious with CEO's who basically talk the talk but give nothing away.

He also refereed recently to ''quickly'' (or similar)again without giving any timeframe.

I'd appreciate if those attending the AGM could ask the questions?

I'm far from impressed so far with the communications from the Co, especially in face of a disappearing Executive Chairman that wasn't planned in the Admission Document of not so long ago.

As a colleague stated to me last week, it looks like they are giving the impression they have over promised for the RTO,

I'm preying he doesn't state ''' lots going on''.

Basically, much more detail please, less smoke screens.

"These opportunities now enable us to substantially increase our medium and long-term revenue and profit expectations set at the time of the reverse takeover."

Were these expectations ever disclosed to the market? As there is no broker research or financial projections that I can see...

Just a reminder as the share price falls on little volume…
Commenting, Insig AI's Chief Executive Steve Cracknell said: "It is the quality of our machine learning products that gives me great confidence that during the coming year we will secure a number of multi-million dollar recurring revenue partnerships. This will be in addition to our product fee licence strategy. These opportunities now enable us to substantially increase our medium and long-term revenue and profit expectations set at the time of the reverse takeover."

I'm still watching this Noujay, but thus far it's similar to my PIRI, that being, it looks decent but neither of them are gaining any traction at the moment.

Thanks Parsnip, that long link (tinyurl?) won't load for me, Defender error. If you capitalise the 3rd or fourth letter that should make it directly clickable, but it still likely won't work (for me anyway).

PS I see you can attend the AGM via zoom,
"Shareholders are also offered the option to participate in the meeting remotely via a Zoom conference call by contacting the Registrar by email at voting@shareregistrars.uk.com in advance".
Although you may get only the basics that way.
