28/11/2023 13:47 | Jj The new guy isn’t a sales guy. He’s an investor pr man. He has agreed to join knowing something we don’t and must be sure he can deliver a wider shareholder and investor base. Doesn’t take much to join a few of these dots now. | ![]() shrewdmole
28/11/2023 10:46 | Looks to me that despite all the huff puff and guff from management nobody has come knocking at our door for our technology Therefore we have had to drastically change tack | ![]() judijudi
28/11/2023 10:17 | The market favours commodities at present. | ![]() hazl
28/11/2023 10:08 | The markets are not impressed at all with what looks very much to me like a “strategic U Turn” in outsourcing sales leads imho | ![]() judijudi
28/11/2023 09:16 | Tactful as ever Noujay. | ![]() hazl
28/11/2023 09:15 | Yes and as kooba says better for us the fact they are using existing shares. Avoiding dilution. | ![]() hazl
28/11/2023 08:47 | Well, a little bit of humour returns to the thread….much needed imo.Hopefully 2024 will see my investment flourish. | ![]() ltinvestor

28/11/2023 08:23 | Also of note is that they are issuing existing shares held in treasury for the advisor services , they are not using new shares .again a clever way of onboarding necessary talent without increase in fixed cost or increasing issues share capital. With the prospect of increased regulatory pressure hopefully sales traction follows shortly! | ![]() kooba
28/11/2023 08:23 | No need to sulk JJ, still some treasury shares available and you never know..that final advisory spot might just have your name on it! | ![]() noujay

28/11/2023 07:59 | I was actually talking to PJ1 with that statement, as he keeps referring to me,with absolutely no substance whatsoever. But if you want to take ownership as well, so be it. You're an old misery and though the rest might not say it I bet they all think it. | ![]() hazl
28/11/2023 07:56 | Oh ye of little faith. Things are starting to happen by the looks of it. | ![]() hazl
28/11/2023 07:55 | I hear from a very good source that tomorrow Insig will announce the appointment of a very experienced super advisor to advise all the recently appointed advisors! | ![]() ltinvestor
28/11/2023 07:54 | Insig AI plc (AIM:INSG), the data science and machine learning solutions company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gareth Evans as investor relations adviser, with immediate effect. Gareth is a highly experienced capital markets professional, whose career includes time as an equity research analyst at DLJ (now part of Credit Suisse), ABN AMRO and Canaccord, and Joint Head of Research at Investec. Gareth has advised a number of companies, both public and private, regarding the evolution and presentation of their investment cases and business strategies. Executive Chairman, Richard Bernstein commented: "Now is the right time to have access to Gareth's significant experience of growth companies, the ways in which they can build shareholder value, and methods for communicating this effectively with stakeholders of all types." Gareth commented: "The opportunity for AI across many areas of the economy is clear. Insig AI has an extremely promising early position in this market, and is well placed to evolve and expand its offering into a number of new areas. I'm delighted to be helping the Board deliver on this potential." | ![]() hazl
28/11/2023 07:41 | Seems RB using his contact base to bring in talent without inflating the fixed cost base at this stage whilst trying to gain some sustainable revenue traction looks a smart idea. Balancing between costs and the people with the skills and contacts necessary to get this moving. | ![]() kooba
27/11/2023 18:46 | Perhaps you are the two ronnies PJ1 and friend for all we know. I can only assume your beef with me, is because I got in so much cheaper. Just shows how shallow you are. I can only see one problem with it rising and that is that you might get your money back. Other than that.... bring it on! | ![]() hazl
27/11/2023 11:13 | Well the other chap (our Strategic Advisor) has been there 2 months now | ![]() judijudi

27/11/2023 10:59 | The co can't afford to pay them is never a positive. | pj 1
27/11/2023 09:56 | Jj Exactly that time will tell… The way I see it is they’ve both taken shares in lieu of salary (positive imo) and shares are from treasury so no dilution to us. They are also very respected guys in this area and for me this is partly about buying in their black book. Again though - for me it gives credibility to the offerings INSG have as £100k ish of shares would not be enough for me to give my time earned contacts to someone unless I was sure about what could be offered!! There’s a lot of reputations at stake here and that’s where I pin my positivity. | ![]() shrewdmole |
