The new guy isn’t a sales guy.

He’s an investor pr man. He has agreed to join knowing something we don’t and must be sure he can deliver a wider shareholder and investor base.

Doesn’t take much to join a few of these dots now.

Looks to me that despite all the huff puff and guff from management nobody has come knocking at our door for our technology
Therefore we have had to drastically change tack

The markets are not impressed at all with what looks very much to me like a “strategic U Turn” in outsourcing sales leads
imho

Yes and as kooba says better for us the fact they are using existing shares.
Avoiding dilution.

Also of note is that they are issuing existing shares held in treasury for the advisor services , they are not using new shares .again a clever way of onboarding necessary talent without increase in fixed cost or increasing issues share capital. With the prospect of increased regulatory pressure hopefully sales traction follows shortly!

I was actually talking to PJ1 with that statement, as he keeps referring to me,with absolutely no substance whatsoever.
But if you want to take ownership as well, so be it.
You're an old misery and though the rest might not say it
I bet they all think it.

I hear from a very good source that tomorrow Insig will announce the appointment of a very experienced super advisor to advise all the recently appointed advisors!

Seems RB using his contact base to bring in talent without inflating the fixed cost base at this stage whilst trying to gain some sustainable revenue traction looks a smart idea. Balancing between costs and the people with the skills and contacts necessary to get this moving.

Perhaps you are the two ronnies PJ1 and friend for all we know.
I can only assume your beef with me, is because I got in so much cheaper.
Just shows how shallow you are.

I can only see one problem with it rising and that is that you might get your money back.
Other than that.... bring it on!

Exactly that time will tell…

The way I see it is they’ve both taken shares in lieu of salary (positive imo) and shares are from treasury so no dilution to us.

They are also very respected guys in this area and for me this is partly about buying in their black book.

Again though - for me it gives credibility to the offerings INSG have as £100k ish of shares would not be enough for me to give my time earned contacts to someone unless I was sure about what could be offered!!

There’s a lot of reputations at stake here and that’s where I pin my positivity.
