20/12/2023 08:47 | There’s a few about at 16. | shrewdmole
20/12/2023 07:57 | Unclear whether the Fca are actually making a financial contribution to the company for all their efforts..if not they certainly should be as it seems a cornerstone to their regulatory framework and the FCA are well funded so should pay for work done and support the drive to better regulation. | kooba
20/12/2023 07:51 | At the end of September 2023, the FCA publicly referred to Insig AI as a key contributor. I am now delighted to report that the FCA has asked us to become a permanent partner within its "digital sandbox." | ltinvestor
20/12/2023 07:39 | I suppose it could be worse Still not yet making a profit Kicking the can further down the road The thing is will the kick be good enough to move us into a financially stable company with an ever growing number of customers Jury is still out I’m afraid All In my opinion | judijudi
20/12/2023 07:19 | Even the doubters should be impressed with the quality and clarity of the interim statement ... the conclusion i draw is that there's all to play for with little competition around in a brand new and fast developing market ... GAME ON !! | churchharbour
17/12/2023 11:33 | Well let's hope their luck is changing and it starts to bring some positives for all of us here. No doubt it's been a challenging watch to date for all investors, so would be a real tonic to see some progress and ultimately some reward for those who have stayed the course | noujay
17/12/2023 10:43 | Noujay, I accept your point of view and its important to see both sides. Obviously one of my weaknesses is a failure to see positivity when the things I have been told face to face by Directors fail to materialise at all, note, not fallen short, just total failed to materialise at all All Business needs an element of luck, and many can make their own luck. Maybe INSG is just plain unlucky. | pj 1
17/12/2023 10:25 | What I mean by seen it before is optimistic forward statements. However, my point is that Parry and Wilson simply don't need this - there is no upside for them to be attached to a company which doesn't have good quality tech and they logically must have some confidence that it is well positioned to benefit. You can say of course yes well they are just taking a punt for a few shares and the odd day here or there but if this thing, after their discussions with the company, looked in any way like the complete junk you believe it is (and I have some sympathy with your points albeit less so the tone of them) then no chance whatsoever they sign on. | noujay
17/12/2023 09:52 | I think the simple fact that the last win was a "project" was a shot across the bows that things are seriously not right and that maybe the data base isn't yet fit for purpose without more " investment" and they are still working with the target market to produce what they want. All in my opinion. | pj 1
17/12/2023 09:46 | I strongly disagree with"seen all this before so credibility is in short supply but the difference this time is that John Wilson and Roger Parry are attached to this. They will have come onboard with visibility and confidence there is substantial potential here."It's last chance saloon in my view as INSG employ temps they cannot afford to pay in a total gamble that they can make something happen, whilst hiding from us that the previous strategy has failed, and the hoped for contracts have evaporated. Exactly the same was said when the CEO joined and he's landed nothing despite lots of bluster about him via RNS. Nearly all Companies who go bust have " substantial potential". But lack the correct direction and luck. All in my opinion. | pj 1
17/12/2023 09:15 | Some very good points there Noujay I wouldn’t have worded it anywhere near as positively (surprise surprise) but then again I’m very wary due to all the ultra flowery Guff spouted by management in the past I’m expecting more of the same Flowery worded guff It’s about time we had clarity and honesty imho | judijudi
17/12/2023 05:27 | Presumably we can expect interims this week, perhaps tomorrow.Numbers likely to look poor, we all know this. They haven't announced any commercial progress for a year so unless there are an absolute string of below the threshold contracts nothing to see there. Perhaps will indicate weighted to H2 along with some reference to a strong start and more meaningful conversations with prospective clients now that regulations are forming and go live end of May.Cash probably ok for now. R&D credits plus sale of schools biz gives them some headroom.CLN - either rolled or converted. Like to see them converted and so working off a clean base. Chairman won't sell into the market other guy might if they do but who knows. Forward statement will, as ever, be most interesting. Obviously seen all this before so credibility is in short supply but the difference this time is that John Wilson and Roger Parry are attached to this. They will have come onboard with visibility and confidence there is substantial potential here.Would be nice following the results if Directors and advisers all took some shares. Chairman has of course consistently done this and if he converts he can't keep buying ad infinitum. As for the others, what a good show of confidence it would be going into the new year of everyone took a handful. How likely I've no idea - CEO not clearly not interested on that side but would love to see the advisers take some so they have some skin in the game. At this price and with the potential runway shouldn't be that much of a leap.Other comments - understand JJ upset, time for the company to deliver after some very fluffy stuff. Kooba - agree w/ much of what you say although I'd be cautious overusing "pre-revenue" - the year prior to rto Insight did 700k of EBITDA on 2.7m of sales. After three years they are now on track to reach half of that, maybe. They may well have pivoted but nonetheless let's be fair about what has happened up to this point too.Separately, note that CPO and team presented at Taiwan regulator event last week. So there is clearly both high quality tech and expertise here and it's coming into focus.Anyway just a few thoughts let's hope for some positives to come. The team is high level and so is the product so our expectations ought equally to be substantive.GLA | noujay
15/12/2023 21:37 | Oh I need help alright. Help from the bloody dead legs running INSIG! A bit of honesty and clarity instead of huff puff and guff from them would help Imho I need nothing from you though as your just a grade one patronising Rose Tint | judijudi
15/12/2023 20:11 | I'm sure the share price has nothing to do with your moaning ...but once again maybe , just maybe look at the performance of the small technology sector as a whole and learn what relative performance means..you look in isolation which maybe means you do not have a spread of similar pre revenue technology plays..or maybe you just have too many? I was not in any way offering you advice in picking your investments as it goes.. I just suggested you probably need some help. | kooba
15/12/2023 16:26 | Some should not stray away from premium bonds if they do not understand risk. There are no guarantees around expectation and no guarantees that shares you invest in will go up. Anyone who does not understand that all companies will present optimistic but at the same time realistic commercial targets that are not set in stone is not managing their expectation correctly and should not be dealing in pre revenue technology companies. But if they choose to I'm afraid they really have themselves to blame i guess. | kooba
15/12/2023 13:47 | But I doubt it. | hazl
15/12/2023 13:46 | I am glad you aare selling yours JJ! Excellent. Tne bleating might stop. | hazl |
