15/12/2023 09:02 | I think you doth protest too much, as they say. People have made their minds up. I don't think you will budge any more out. It will do what it will do. | hazl
15/12/2023 08:37 | Price the same as it was a year ago (only a few pence from the all time low) Yesterdays selling was under the advertised bid What good news have we had this year? Where are the much vaunted “number of multi-million dollar recurring revenue partnerships” we have been led to believe were coming by management? See below! 'gives me great confidence that during the coming year we will secure a number of multi-million dollar recurring revenue partnerships. This will be in addition to our product fee licence strategy. These opportunities now enable us to substantially increase our medium and long-term revenue and profit expectations set at the time of the reverse takeover. I wonder what the substantially increased revenue and profit expectations are today? | judijudi
15/12/2023 08:20 | Sorry to disappoint but the price is fairly stable. To me that says we have reached a bottom. Those who are in are....by the looks of it... not budging. We will see. Interesting that you can't resist posting more than anyone else. | hazl
15/12/2023 07:59 | 6 trading days left until the end of the year Another dismal dismal year for INSIG Another year with a dearth of good news How long can this shower carry on for? | judijudi
14/12/2023 14:27 | That proves things are getting better and better for Insig 🤦🏻 | judijudi
13/12/2023 08:37 | This is one of their classic huff puff and guff statements (there are more) imho ''gives me great confidence that during the coming year we will secure a number of multi-million dollar recurring revenue partnerships. This will be in addition to our product fee licence strategy. These opportunities now enable us to substantially increase our medium and long-term revenue and profit expectations set at the time of the reverse takeover. Nothing | judijudi
13/12/2023 08:30 | As a shareholder I find it very odd how some holders are not agreeing that the company has continually failed us miserably on officially announced statements No more placings req Then a few months later a placing The promise of contracts Apart from a couple of pitiful pay the electricity, tea and coffee ones Nothing A move into break even and being cash positive Nothing Plenty of positive huff puff and guff about the future looking positive Nothing Something feels not right at all here All only In my humble opinion | judijudi

12/12/2023 21:52 | Your opinion is worthless bully boy pj. Why would anyone who claims to be a shareholder spend all their time running down the directors. Anyone with an ounce of sense would sell but not you bully boy. FAILURE All in my opinion and others with a brain unlike you bully boy. | kumbuka
12/12/2023 21:07 | JJ I cannot believe that those here who have claimed to have researched the Company so much, have never discussed it? It bizarre at least...... Just 4 months after that statement they Place? Zero visibility Zero contracts Zero credibility in the Market Zero known stategy Zero??? All in my opinion only | pj 1

12/12/2023 20:57 | All of your opinion is worthless bully boy. | kumbuka
12/12/2023 20:34 | This is what our trustworthy Board of Directors said on the 19th December 2022 '' the Company announced that the Board believed that no further working capital would be required to support the operations of the business in the short and medium term, as the business is expected to become cash flow positive from Q2 2023. The Board remains of that view based on the combination of committed revenues, the sales pipeline and more recent prospects. The Board continues to closely monitor the conversions of these sales opportunities into revenue. Prospects Last month, we set out that we had prioritised and accelerated the timeline to expected profitability of the Group. This was underpinned by our expectations for the receipt of recurring revenues from sharing of management fees. Substantial investment over the last 18 months should result in payback with these revenues expected to commence next summer. Over subsequent quarters, these should grow substantially.'' They did a Placing just 4 months later!! 👍🤣 Due to the lack of a trading update its fair to assume the expected Revenues did not materialise in the Summer, and that they have yet to even hit operational break even? With the clear statements that further funding will be required to hit their strategy I wont hold my breath that's for sure. All in my opinion only | pj 1
12/12/2023 20:18 | What is definite you opinion is worthless as are you. FAILURE. | kumbuka
12/12/2023 20:17 | Bully boy why do you continue to hold a company where you have such a low opinion of the directors ? Are you nothing but a trouble maker or no more than sad troll which is it ? | kumbuka

12/12/2023 12:00 | Again there are still shares having loads of sells, each day, making the shares drift further. We seem to be at a bottom. Whilst we cannot be complacent of course. 8-) | hazl
12/12/2023 08:39 | I was in SMRT at the beginning of the year. Tried to show value in the share, for investors, but people don't see it until it's too late sometimes. However, though I got out with a small profit, it would have been better to stay in. Of course no guarantees in anything. I thought it was interesting what this CEO said generally about how AI is affecting business. I do not hold for transparency in the following. 'At Smarttech247, we believe that knowledge and awareness are fundamental in helping to protect against cyber threats. By sharing valuable insights through our report, we aim to contribute towards a safer digital ecosystem for businesses and individuals alike. "2023 has seen profound changes in the cybersecurity landscape, including the use of generative AI and evolving cybercriminal tactics. As we look forward to 2024, it is important to recognise and plan for advancing threats to help increase organisational resilience. "We hope that our report is useful in helping raise awareness of the critical importance of having robust cybersecurity defences in place." It is a developing industry and will be affected by things we haven't yet even thought of I dare say. IMO | hazl
12/12/2023 07:43 | Also on a practical point it is very thin trade this time of the year. | hazl
12/12/2023 07:39 | Indeed Kooba. I have said much the same myself . Sadly, there are others too, who even express jealousy,I can only assume, on different boards. They are prepared to waste their own time, strangely, follow and mark people down. DUD is one who seems to spread misinformation. I believe that these boards are a microcosm of society and let's face it, there is chaos and discontent everywhere, where people feel they have leaders they don't trust. However, getting back to our investment, there will always be changes. INSG is one of them that seeks to provide governance in this changing environment, has had approvals from selected groups who matter and will prove itself in the end I expect. Until then people ought to do something more useful, probably. | hazl
12/12/2023 06:57 | Sad that PJ can't answer the question of where the company states the cash runway and that it will need a placing having stated that as fact...the fact is that information is not published so cannot substantiate the comment. What they are left with is bemoaning that others don't appreciate an overtly negative load of rubbish consistently talking down a company they are invested in. In PJ's case posted by someone who clearly cannot be a shareholder as i can't believe anyone invested spends so much time trying to trash an emerging technology company. I have only seen such behaviour by folks who have cut and run and want to prove that it wasn't their fault and that the company was responsible for their losses not them.PJ I have been a premium member of this platform (15 years) for longer than you have been a free user...i have never had any other handle. What is pretty sad is your constant whinging and conspiracies that hold no water. | kooba |
