How in earth will anything that happens to Altman have any bearing on INSG? Just what was the point to that post?

Anybody invested here should imo take the time to read this:https://www.fca.org.uk/publications/multi-firm-reviews/testing-how-authorised-fund-managers-are-embedding-guiding-principles-esg-and-sustainable-investment#lf-chapter-id-who-this-review-applies-to"The Policy Statement and final rules will be published shortly and will set higher standards.."Very interesting section on disclosures and the vast and exponentially growing amount of data which needs sifting through. Certainly would be useful if somebody created a product/tool which could help with that..

Mind you I have followed Hotel chocolat and ought to have taken a nibble.

Wow shenanigans going on in Open AI and Sam Altman!

I thought this was quite funny.

🚨 NEW UPDATE:

The staff at OpenAI set a 5PM deadline for the entire board to resign, or else they quit and join Sam in his new company.

It's currently 1 hour past that deadline.

More updates coming soon...

I wonder if FOMO will play a significant part in attracting further recruits for AI strategy powerered funds, assuming INSG now have the first such toe in the water.

I'm rather hoping that score a few decent wins and the exec chair will be more than capable of getting the word out there

RB taking a few minutes off from sweating over a hot desk at INSG to get his name in the papers

"Richard Bernstein, who leads asset manager Crystal Amber, said the Hotel Chocolat sale highlighted the “absurdity” of UK valuations.

He said: “If Mars thinks the business is worth 375p, it is. So many other sitting ducks.”

It's not so much driving efficiencies as determining a better investment strategy to generate improved returns. I think have been refining a developing this product for years - understandably, it is where the really big money is.

The launch of the first fund strategically optimised by INSG Ai would likely have a very dramatic impact on the share price

It’s also very nice to see a deal done on the first generation product. They have obviously been in discussions for an eternity but maybe with global financial authorities starting to really turn the screw the fund managers hands are now being forced somewhat.

Would like to see or hear something updated on fca soon as their regs are getting very close now. Again I believe this will force many potential clients to act and act quickly.

Just my thoughts on it for now.

My supposition would purely be that as it's an embedded ML/AI based contribution, it seems likely to be based on driving efficiencies to facilitate greater returns, hence the potential for recurring revenue. Hard to imagine that any automated solution that didn't appreciably improve returns could ever qualify for a percentage..

Interesting speculation. Is that why it's designated as a "project" and not a "contract"? Asking for another poster ;)

On the contract of yesterday, seems as if it could have a lot of potential. Sure it's perhaps more jam tomorrow and more immediate and compelling progress clearly required, but same time:"a scalable and automated solution to a US and European based provider of Collateralised Loan Obligations..also involves integrating Insig AI's data analytics software into the launch of a potential new fund"Perhaps the chance to provide the additional alpha of 160 basis points previously referencedFrom August results:"We have also recently been able to utilise this capability to construct a fixed income model portfolio, which, based on momentum and value criteria, is able to deliver 160 basis points of additional alpha. We now intend to partner with an asset manager to test this portfolio optimisation tool on an existing portfolio."

No admission there PJ1 .
Stop trying to provoke.
I understand your pain if you bought much higher, but I don't put things like you do.
As you almost smugly try to turn statements round,
I could point out that you clearly
are nursing a big loss, whereas I am not.

But I wouldn't be so mean.

Just move on mentally for your own sake, or sell, surely.

Plus the £500k

And alotnof non rns worthy contracts which begs the question again why announce todays win unless there’s more to it.

Speaking of cash balances, this is the time of year they normally get a substantial tax credit for R&D. Several hundred k.
