Looks like we are selling it faster than we can make it.

I have a feeling idps cheap marketing wont slow over winter time. Lets hope they can keeps sales going through the quieter months.

IDP still need to improve customer services - still lots of complaints on FB about deliveries etc . It's undoubtedly much less than 1% of what they send out but that minority can be very vocal on social media.Also their marketing white lies are unnecessary - take the latest promotion .They are selling off old Australian packaged stock - far enough - but they say a pallet was wrongly sent to uk - yeah right - then they say they only have 198 in stock when they actually have 566.By the way it's a cracking offer of 3 bottles plus mitt for £25

If you look at the figures on the Hybridan report it infers that the GP percentage going forward is around 62% - 64%. I guess this includes all distribution and direct costs (not marketing), but any management accountants out there may like to confirm.

So plugging some figures in......... the £5.4m given by Croas above would result in c£3.4m of gross profit.

I think you're on the high side with regards to the cost of a bottle. I reckon it's under £1.

Richie - I reckon they manufacture a bottle at about £4 with transport and packaging adding £1 - so £5 all in.Most sales are buy one get one free on their website so cost is £10 and sale is £30. They also get a free mitt usually but I reckon that costs IDP buttons

Ok kids, tracked sales for last 7 days averaging £12k per day on ST.co.uk.I reckon there is 20-25% I can't track so it is nearer £15k - the run rate is £450k a month or £5.4m a year.My tracked sales are up on July and on a par with May and June. It's probably just that I can track more at the mo but either way i can't over track sales.One special offer has sold 1300 in a week and is due to sell out in the next hour or so - let's see if they restock.Remember also revamp of Aussie website is due in 2 weeks - 1st Sept.Skinny Tan Salon Effect is due out soon and Body Glow milk .
