11/12/2006 17:08 | Stevens has been out of the country and returned on Friday we think, according to his assistant. There are "tough trading conditions" apparently, though no questions of a critical nature could be answered. Only Russel himself can answer those and he is only contactable via his uncontactable email address. Though it would appear they are watching this board! | jdurrant
02/12/2006 09:26 | You have to wonder on all of this don't you. | topvest
01/12/2006 14:02 | RS - No answer, left message JW - Left message Emails seem to get redirected to a meridien group address, but then bounce back anyway. Absolutely bloody disgraceful. What a complete sham. | jdurrant
29/11/2006 22:13 | Russell Stevens, Chief Executive Tel: 07860 562621 Jonathan Wright, Seymour Pierce Tel: 020 7107 8000 | knowing
29/11/2006 21:21 | You need to get the message I'm afraid! I did some time back and managed to get out with a very small loss. These companies are being run into the ground - MRD, INO and BDT. Only one winner and it is not the private investor! | topvest
29/11/2006 15:27 | So p1ssed at the management of this company I once again wrote a long email to Stevens at the address listed in the last RNS and the same as the one above and it bounced back as none existent, I then wrote one to enquiries address at Moss Cottage and that too bounced back. Is it no wonder that this company is going down the plughole. We have a CEO that cannot be contacted at website that is four years out of date owning two poxy pubs that also do not have up to date websites. Moss is STILL even after numerous reminders advertising the release of the Xmas 2004 menu!! Does anyone have any means of getting contact with crook? | jdurrant
22/11/2006 23:17 | Cash is king, as for Fishmore is worth a punt but not at £545k needs £200k+ spending on it... As for the way INO is run crazy and 98% of all Aim shares imho etc, did have 200k INO once... | jmillskeel
07/11/2006 13:55 | dont seem to be making much of an effort to get BDT re listed | latestarter
06/11/2006 22:15 | sack of spuds - I think that about sums it up! | topvest
04/11/2006 08:29 | Its being raped from behind. | marvelman
03/11/2006 22:32 | How this company has lost the amount it has is quite remarkable - very strange! | topvest
03/11/2006 08:56 | Were we not led to believe Russel Stevens companies played no part in the redevelopment of Fishmore, I recall asking that specific question. | latestarter
02/11/2006 13:35 | jmillskeel A new company I F Hotels Limited purchased Fishmore Hall for £542,500 plus associated costs. I do not know how much Innobox has spent on Fishmore Hall since date of purchase, but during the past financial year IMHL and IFHL purchased materials and services of £99,301 from Panache Developments Limited, a company in which Mr R W Stevens is the Director. You will note from the recent Financial Statements that at April 30 2006, Innobox owned 75.01% of IFHL. | shawzie
02/11/2006 07:40 | How much do they want for Fishmore, great site could be a goldmine what did INO pay for it? | jmillskeel
02/11/2006 00:00 | Bunch of friggin cowboys who should be barred from ever being Directors IMO | knowing
01/11/2006 23:58 | And despite that, a couple of tentative buys since results. Strange. | bozzy_s
01/11/2006 11:47 | Moss Cottage and The Royal Oak are still trading at a loss. The shareholders funds at £66,394 gives a share value of about 0.002p at April 30, 2006 and six months later I assume that it is now zero. The Notes to the Financial Statements, confirms that the Directors and other Related Parties will suffer little or no loss over the life of this Company. | shawzie
01/11/2006 07:17 | In order to do that you would need to find out who has his hands up for the MRD stake | latestarter
01/11/2006 00:10 | Well, another year of decent salaries for the directors. Can they raise more funds to pay themselves for another year? Or will the shareholders finally get together and construct a better board? Pubs are little goldmines if run properly. I cannot for the life of me understand how this company is losing so much. | bozzy_s
31/10/2006 13:26 | it seems some common sense, fishmore to be sold, however the words trading loss appear a little to frequently. If fishmore is not to be developed but sold(despite the previous round of fund raising) and the east anglian site is cash neutral, why on earth do they need to raise further funds? Everything they have bought trades at a loss, surely they are not going to buy something else | latestarter
30/10/2006 12:10 | marvelman well said.. bar stewards!! | sack of spuds
27/10/2006 18:54 | Edit...not worth an answer so erased my original comment.I feel as angry about the way this company has thrown away a great opportunity as those who have actually lost money. There is no justice it seems for the imbociles who ran this opportunity into the ground.I doubt they will have lost anything and probably are awaiting their chance to pick from the entrails with their mates. | marvelman |
