18/9/2006 07:35 | You should probably be more concerned about Meriden having gone bust (also run by Russel Stevens). Held both (as well as ARX) and sold them all for next to nothing (on the grounds that this was still better than absolutely nothing) | 59david
16/9/2006 16:10 | sack of spuds As far as I am aware INO no longer has any interest in ARX so the answer to your question is, none. | shawzie

11/9/2006 13:15 | The EGM announced today for the revaluation of the shares. As we are not UK based and these particular shares were purchased through a nominee, is the company obliged to send the details to us direct, or does the nominee have to request them from the company? K | katoema

30/8/2006 08:58 | 29 August 2006 The Company is pleased to announce that on 25 August 2006 , it signed an agreement on The Three Tuns Coaching Inn at Pettistree converting it from a managed public house to a tenanted public house. The tenancy agreement is for a period of three years and will provide the Company's 100 per cent. subsidiary, Innobox Hotels Limited, with an annual rental income of £34,800. At completion, the tenants paid one month's rent in advance and a bond deposit equal to three months rent. At the end of the three year lease, a review will be conducted to either renew the tenancy or find an alternative option for the site. -------------------- Is this good news or further bad news? Will the rental income even begin to dent the interest payments due on debt? | shawzie

11/8/2006 09:34 | I see that Moss Cottage is still looking FORWARD to Christmas 2004. Menus will be available when we get to June/July 2004. It's worth learning from Innobox's mistakes, when investing in future. I certainly have. If the website of the company's principal asset hasn't been updated for 2 years, I shan't be investing in that company. | bozzy_s
