heres one for the management, knock down the hotels level the ground and build houses more money then they would get at the moment.
or sell the land to a property developer, the money that they are paying now is huge, got to be better than waiting for this project to take off.

Three Tuns website is extremely basic, but at least it's up to date and has a price list...

I see the Moss Cottage website is really trying hard to pull in the World Cup punters...

"Christmas menus for 2004 will be available June / July 2004"

Yep, that'll do the job.

It's so out of date I cannot even remember Christmas 2004!

Funnily enough Shawzie I think every INO shareholder would happily see Moss Cottage sold at £4,500, or even £7,500, below book value! And the other properties too!

Start with a clean slate, appoint someone who knows what they are doing AND acts in the best interest of the shareholders, and then INO might be reasonable value at £700k.

Mr Stevens continues to rack up losses for Bidtime shareholders.
Cannot even make a profit investing their funds in domestic property.
No doubt he will say that it is due to the present housing market conditions.

BIDTIMES PLC

The Company announces that on 24th February it completed the sale of one of its
six Freehold Investment Properties known as 93 Burnthill Lane, Rugeley ("The
Property") at a disposal price of £188,000 paid in cash.

The Property was sold at a loss on disposal (before disposal costs) of £4,500
to the carrying cost stated in the latest interim results for the six months
ended 31 August 2005.

Hendenne...glad to see your still around.Hope you do not still have a position in these.I would imagine the day is getting close now when the formal RNS tells us all is over. One of the worst cases of mismanagement I have ever seen...no actually the very worst.

Indeed Marvelman. If I still had my original holding (160k shares), or my second holding (100k), I would now be banging on the doors of the directors.

With thousands of web designers in the UK, and rates as low as they are, and the internet / e-business being so popular, there is no reason for the websites to be out of date. Absolutely no reason whatsoever.

I have already raised this matter along with other issues.
The reply from Innobox regarding The Royal Oak is as follows :-
"The Royal Oak is is owned by a 90% subsidiary of Innobox Plc. It is not the
intention to portray The Royal Oak as being owned privately, but merely to market the site. There has been no review carried out by any legal advisors, this is not a cost that the Group would want to incur due to it being an unnecessary use of Company resources."

I suppose that nav is still roughly around market bid price this week-end, which is the accounting year-end for Innobox. As I see it, the Fishmore Hall
project could gorge itself on cash resources and choke Innobox to death.

The Meriden results and the Bidtimes performance along with Innobox, show that Russell Stevens and his supporting cast have destroyed shareholder value in every case. They are not the first nor will they be the last to do so - who can you trust ?

When I suggested that the Board should resign, the reply from Innobox was :
"I note your comments and I can assure you that the directors have done and continue to do their very best in maximising shareholder value"

Well, their best is surely not good enough.

I hadn't noticed that Shawzie. Perhaps one of the shareholders (if there are any left here) might wish to inform the company? At least then we know that they know about the error. And if nothing is done, as with the Moss Cottage site, we can name and shame the hopeless directors.

Have you looked at the Royal Oak site -it refers to the hotel as privately owned and part of a group, listing hotels which have nothing to do with Innobox - I think they may be owned by Russell Stevens in person ?
Mis-leading information in my opinion.

I see the Moss Cottage site is still out of date. You would think if the directors cared at all about this company, they would dig into their own pockets for £200 to get someone in to update the site.

From the "Christmas" section...

Christmas menus for 2004 will be available June / July 2004

What a great company and fantastic board of directors.

ARTHUR BAKER, MARK JONES, hang your heads in SHAME. You 2 are a disgrace. What the hell do you do for Innobox? You 2 are at the top of the "Meet the team" section of the website, but you seem to do absolutely nothing. And you have ignored shareholders who pointed out the Moss Cottage website being out of date.

Russell Stevens I understand does have has reasons for not concentrating on the company.

Ben

I personally dont think so but you never know with these characters. If it suits them to keep the company going it will happen. My concern is that it may suit them better to let it fold.

Shawzie....good post.

You have certainly done your homework although much we may not know until it suits others to let us know.It would be criminal if this goes the same way as AFC and it need not.Best wishes.
