According to Year End Financial Statement 28/2/05 BDT held 15.04% of ordinary share capital in Innobox plc valued at £165,440. By 4/8/05 the value had fallen to £84,600 wiping out more than 10% of BDT shareholders funds.
The market share price of Bidtimes could fall well below the current 6/7p perhaps back to 3.5/4.0p. Half Year results should clarify the BDT position.

plenty of things can be done at 10% an egm can be called, you can vote against the director to be re elected at the next agm, or you can vote against the accounts, but you will need support from fragmented shareholders, whilst director holdings here are poor they will be able to use the clout from the BDT holding 1.8m
Arthur baker is also a director at blue chip casino. im 100% certain s wicks has bought more he would need to be sounded out as he also holds 20% of BDT
what are your concerns?

We are a corporate in France. It is not a notifiable amount under British Regulations. K

If this company was here in France, for sure the directors would be going to a Tribinal now and probably from their to prison. Anyone shareholder can challenge any one director and, as a quoted company, would have to account for their actions in public. You people in the UK cannot do that, unless it was criminal, or can you? We here for sure will be taking advice and following it. K

This share price looks to be following Meriden (also controlled by Russell)
which has more than halved in the past six months.
So perhaps Innobox will soon be 2.5/3.25p by the time that I get my copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statement.

Good move L.S, and agreed Shawzie. Medium and long term prospects are now looking poor following those dreadful results.

What I do not understand is why someone is still buying large amounts at 5p+ per share, where the balance sheet shows NAV of 4.2p in April 2005, and the Chairman's statement says the year has started poorly. I think a more realistic current NAV would be around 3.5 - 3.8p per share.

I have been optimistic in the past about Innobox but the current annual report is a lesson on how to have your cake and eat it - or is it "you can take a company to the AIM and you can milk it?"
Investments in Innobox made by the Directors have surely been covered by their fees/expenses.
Nav/share was 11.3p at April 30 2004 and is now 4.18p.
Lost what little confidence I had in this Board, now time to depart.

For sure I have previously accused bozzy of ramping Innobox - just look at his posts a few days ago, strongly positive when the price increased on no news.

If you don't want to lose money remember this little exchange the next time you see bozzy posting positively on this thread.

Final word of advice for any newbies here, ignore everything Hendenne says. He/she accused me of being a company insider not long ago, and of pumping/dumping shares.

WAKEY WAKEY RAMPERS - time to fill yer boots bozzy and co - you guys start shouting on this board to push the price up then are 'surprised' when it crashes - you have done this many times before and have no doubt made a packet st the expense of your gullible followers.

Innobox is was and always will be a bad investment, except for its directors.

Well in that case nice to know we have at least 2 very knowledgable property "gurus" as investors - Stephen Wicks & Mark Clare. Any further negativity in the shareprice will see me add further

Join the queue mate! There is good support out there, and I think cutting the ARX connection has helped greatly.

The place at Leominster is a nice enough pub, problem is Leominster is not so nice, night time is a no no.

Fishmore on the other hand is good, but wont be finshed for 2 years and i am 100% sure they do not have enough money for the works with out the sales of most of the other assets.

2 plots as Leominster will being in £80-100k, which is a nice bonus and maybe that is the way the company should be going...

Balance sheet date 30/4/05 so already includes the placing proceeds.

I'm not usually one for panic selling, but this was an exceptional case.

Anyway, hope you managed to pick up my lot at 4p.

Right, I'm gone. Can't hang on for years myself.

The biggest worry (other than poor trading, significant decrease in NAV) is the lack of cash. There was a placing for c.£0.5m on 20/4/05. 10 days later the cash balance was c.Nil.

I do wish L.S and the others all the luck in the world.
