17/8/2022 10:06 | p1966 re - all three trades showed as sells The system ( computer orientated ) only places the trades depending if they are above or below MIDDLE PRICE. example: MIDDLE PRICE above = buy below = sell So do NOT take it by heart those trades at any place. | master rsi
17/8/2022 09:54 | Another 2 lots total 38K on a NO busy day ................. Inland Homes announces that on 16 August 2022 it purchased an aggregate of 38,325 ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 32.02 pence 20,325 32.12 08:40:18 18,000 31.90 14:13:54 | master rsi

12/8/2022 09:24 | InlandInvestment - whoops - my mistake. Totally forgot about Bewley being on the same site....so when I saw the update (elsewhere, not here) put 2 and 2 together....and came up with the wrong answer. I don't know Savills (the team there) but they'll leverage buyers from London, wider-market, as well as local through their extensive network. Do you know the Savills team acting for Inland? I know the land team of course, just not the sales team(s) particularly. | oi_oi_savaloy
12/8/2022 08:55 | If you can make progress trading very small cap, high spread stocks then fair play to you Perhaps you could start another thread just for keeping track of buyback data for your spreadsheets Personally It is annoying to check posts on the Inland thread every day that have no value to me or the majority of those 'investing' in INL Please don't take offense. Not having a go at you. Just something to consider. | spob
12/8/2022 07:15 | Likewise... | skyship
11/8/2022 18:25 | MasterRS1 Thanks from mr for the buy back info | cerrito
11/8/2022 17:39 | Oi Oi Savaloy .... Sue Fisher .. yes highly regarded and rightly so .. however she / Hamptons are acting for Bewley Homes not Inland I believe. Savills have been acting on behalf of Inland | inlandinvestment
11/8/2022 16:59 | re - No need to post buy back info every day The info is more selfish than for you. It helps me to place it on the spreadsheet at the end of the week. But what you have missed is the comment on top of the buyback, very important for what is going on at the trading floor on the stock, and some posters too lazy to press the link. ------------- The large spread are killing the trading for some, as they don't like it. | master rsi
11/8/2022 12:21 | At last a post about INL that's worth reading - many thanks Oi_oi_savaloy | alter ego
11/8/2022 12:13 | On the other side of things though......alot of development companies are chasing sites with planning consents....because they didn't realise that the demand for finished units (houses and apartments) continued unabated, for the most part, through covid....but their land buying diminished (they stopped buying land basically). Combine that with planning permissions taking forever (I can expand on that if anyone is interested) and suddenly, development companies realise they've got nothing to build and nothing to sell. So....consented sites are selling v v well at the moment. Despite build costs continuing to rise (in certain areas, they're tailing off, or whisper it, falling slightly, in others) and it's a v mixed picture. INL have sue fisher on their flagship site....she can sell sand to the eskimos...(yes, I know i've mixed it up). I expect her to meet her sales monthly targets and values. INL have done well there. She's v good. So....I think INL will give a good account of themselves I think. I'm also curious as to why they've not announced the deal I talked about INL recently selling (despite being a minor party in the transaction). It's all over LinkedIn for example. | oi_oi_savaloy
11/8/2022 11:58 | Cheers Oi Oi. Our electric and gas consumption is rising steadily but we are prudent. For a start we still have the windows open in Winter (for the crisp fresh air), we don't have air cons/fans in summer months. In fact our consumption is pretty low by most standards. | geckotheglorious
11/8/2022 11:46 | I think it's the interest rate rise, combined with all the press about rising energy costs.....which actually reflect the reality, for once. Our electricity has doubled in the last 6 months and I expect it to rise again in October. LPG has doubled in 2 years and I can't ever see it coming down. | oi_oi_savaloy
11/8/2022 10:26 | Wonder what is behind the "fall to low 30s" I've not seen anything company specific. House prices still rising, UK population still rising, mortgages only a tough more difficult to get at a slightly more expensive rate. Very tempted at these levels although I have a nagging feeling that a major recession is around the corner... | geckotheglorious
11/8/2022 09:46 | No need to post buy back info every day We have the news feed for that one day you will have something worthwhile to post and it will be ignored because people will assume you are just relaying another buy back RNS just saying | spob
11/8/2022 09:28 | They left it late to buy cheap, so not many available later as the price was rising .... Inland Homes announces that on 10 August 2022 it purchased an aggregate of 24,000 ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 32.02 pence 10,000 32.00 12:00:12 14,000 32.03 15:00:30 | master rsi

10/8/2022 16:44 | Closed UP for the day 32 v 33.50p +0.35p Very bullish as it finished with a Bullish Hammer Candlestick | master rsi
10/8/2022 15:15 | Back to square one 32 v 33p | master rsi
10/8/2022 14:11 | Agreed. Bought back in at average 31.92p... | skyship
10/8/2022 12:35 | Selected not long ago on my UPS thread ..... UPS INL 31.90p ( 31.80 v 32p ) Ready for the bounce after the full retracement is done today, as the share price is back up and bidding up to 31.90p for 25K and buyers paying full offer. The large debt, ( normal for construction companies) is being slowly paid off on sales already announced. NAV of over 107p, Brokers are expecting £14.4M profits and EPS of 5.10p this should get moved back up on a P.E. of 6.1 .Indicators have reached Oversold territory, share price at Lower Bollinger Band. | master rsi
10/8/2022 10:29 | Buying so many 65K and yet share price falling and every time cheaper... Inland Homes announces that on 9 August 2022 it purchased an aggregate of 69,162 ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 33.33 pence 34,162 34.00 08:30:57 25,000 32.80 11:53:40 10,000 32.40 16:35:00 | master rsi |
